Since the 1970 s,due to the continuous improvement of permanent magnet material manufacturing technology,and the advantages of low cost,small size and high efficiency,permanent magnet synchronous motor has been widely used in various industries.In order to control the permanent magnet synchronous motor better,the design of motor controller is particularly important,which requires the coordination of hardware circuit board,software code and motor control algorithm.In terms of the main control chip of motor controller,in recent years,the vigorous development of domestic chips in our country makes the utilization rate of domestic chips in various industries increase year by year.This paper selects a new domestic smart microelectronics company’s mm32spin06 x chip,and designs the motor controller of surface mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor based on this chip.Firstly,the control algorithm of permanent magnet synchronous motor is studied,the field oriented control(FOC)principle of permanent magnet synchronous motor is analyzed,and the mathematical models of surface mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor(SPMSM)in synchronous rotating coordinate system and static coordinate system are established respectively.In order to reduce the cost and improve the performance of motor controller in practical application,the common method is to introduce PMSM sensorless control.In order to improve the utilization of voltage and optimize the motor control algorithm,this paper introduces the overmodulation algorithm.By comparing single-mode overmodulation and dual-mode overmodulation methods,the dual-mode overmodulation method with lower harmonic distortion is selected.Secondly,the embedded software part of the motor controller is designed,the main MCU of the motor controller is selected,and the timing problems related to the timer and the function of ADC module are described in detail.Then,the method of phase current sampling based on single resistance is analyzed theoretically.Based on the requirements of software code and motor control algorithm,the hardware circuit board of PMSM controller is designed by using Altium designer software.The circuit diagram includes three parts: MCU related circuit,power supply circuit and drive circuit,and finally gives the PCB circuit diagram and physical diagram.In the whole process of hardware design,not only the rationality of the circuit design is considered,but also the protection of the control system is considered,which ensures the reliability and practicality of the motor controller.Finally,the experimental platform of permanent magnet synchronous motor is built and the current establishment time is tested when single resistance sampling is used in hardware.As for algorithm,the motor controller designed in this paper is used to verify the over modulation algorithm and MATLAB is used to process and plot the measured experimental data.Then under the same voltage,the motor speed contrast diagram and the stator voltage image without and with over modulation algorithm are all given.There are also the duty cycle waveform and phase current waveform of the system after adding the over modulation algorithm in over modulation area I,over modulation area II and when the modulation ratio is equal to 1.
