Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM)is widely applied in various fields for its advantages of small volume,high power density and so on.In recent years,because of the shortage of fossil energy and the background of low carbon,the development prospect of electric vehicles is very promising,and the permanent magnet synchronous motor has been paid much attention to in the drive of electric vehicles.This makes the control of permanent magnet synchronous motor become an important content and hotspot.Vector control is a commonly used motor control strategy.The basic principle of vector control is to measure and control the stator current vector of the synchronous motor,and to control the excitation current and torque current of the synchronous motor according to the principle of field orientation,so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the torque of the synchronous motor.In order to better exert the performance of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,this paper has carried on the thorough research to the vector control.By analyzing the defects of traditional PI control,this paper uses intelligent PI control to replace the traditional PI control.Intelligent control is more commonly used expert control,fuzzy control and neural network control.Various intelligent controls have their advantages and disadvantages.After analyzing the above three kinds of intelligent control,this paper designs the controller of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on cerebellar model and PID compound control.By experimenting under the Simulink platform of MATLAB,the superiority of the proposed controller is verified.Vector sensors use speed sensors to obtain the corresponding parameters.The use of speed sensors is not conducive to the maintenance of the motor,and the life of the motor is also limited.Therefore,this paper focuses on the disadvantages of vector control and studies the speed sensor control of the motor.Through analysis,this paper finally selects the model reference adaptive(MRAS)method to identify the rotor position and speed signals of the motor,so as to realize the closed-loop control of the system.If only the MRAS method is used,the speed control loop in the motor control still uses the PI control.Therefore,this paperwill change the traditional PI control into a composite control based on cerebellar model and PID,and design a permanent magnet synchronous motor based on a cerebellar model controller without a position sensor.The vector control system verifies the superiority of the control system through simulation.Finally,this paper builds a hardware platform based on TMS320F28335 controller and verifies the vector control algorithm.Experimental results verify the correctness and feasibility of the vector control algorithm.
