With the improvement of the level of construction technology,people have higher requirements for the safety,practicability,aesthetics,and economy of buildings.Many traditional large-span structures are mostly single-story structures,which is a huge resource for land.Therefore,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the steel-concrete hexagonal honeycomb hollow sandwich floor that meets this requirement.This kind of structure performs well in terms of force performance and has good safety;its interlayer space can be used to reduce energy consumption,pipelines,enclosures and substructure costs;it is easier to form polygons,circles and arbitrary shapes on the plane layout.Shape:The upper floor of the structure is reinforced concrete slabs,and the lower part is a steel structure hollow beam,which can make full use of the good compressive performance of concrete and the good tensile performance of steel.Based on the ANSYS structural finite element analysis software,this paper compares with the orthogonally placed open-web sandwich floor and the three-dimensional grid grid open-web sandwich floor,and conducts a comparative study on the large-span steel-concrete regular hexagonal honeycomb type open-web sandwich floor.The static analysis.The research results show that the maximum deflection of the three structures occurs near the middle of the span of the slab.The three structures have good mechanical performance,but the three-way force transmission characteristics of the steel-concrete regular hexagonal honeycomb hollow sandwich slab are better than the other two.The force is more uniform,the force is more reasonable,and it is more economical.In this paper,a parameterized study on the bearing capacity of this kind of structure is carried out.The research content covers the width,height,flange thickness,web thickness,and shear key height and thickness of the upper and lower ribs.The analysis results show that as the height of the shear key increases,the height of the slab increases,which in turn increases the stiffness of the slab,but when the height of the shear key increases to a certain extent,the height of the shear key continues to increase the bearing capacity of the slab.The boost gain is not big.In the same way,increasing the width,height,flange thickness,and web thickness of the upper and lower ribs can increase the load-bearing capacity of the floor and reduce the deflection of the floor;in terms of changing the parameters of the lower and lower ribs,increase the thickness of the lower ribs and flanges.Parameters such as flange height,web thickness and web width increase the stiffness of the floor.
