With the rapid development of the world economy,the construction industry plays an indispensable role in the economic development.How to create efficiency and increase income,improve the level of enterprise control and increase cash flow has become one of the important tasks for construction enterprises.Traditional construction enterprises focus on the project to undertake,tend to undertake the number of projects and undertake profits,and ignore the inventory,accounts receivable and other single funds management,separated from the business process of the enterprise.In the market environment where the competition between individual enterprises is gradually turning to the "two-funds" management and competition,the traditional management mode can no longer fully meet the needs of enterprise capital management.Therefore,based on the hidden loss prevention and control of "two-funds" management theory arises at the historic moment,from the perspective of hidden loss prevention and control,by optimizing the "two-funds" management model,build a good "two-funds" management system,improve efficiency of controlling "two-funds",a comprehensive system to improve the management efficiency of funds of enterprises,and to achieve financial and business,funds and the integration of operations,This kind of capital management concept breaks through the limitation of traditional working capital management research,provides a new perspective to solve the problem,and has important practical significance.A construction company as A typical representative of hidden loss in building industry,choose A construction enterprise as the object of case study,from the Angle of hidden loss prevention,probe into its "two-funds" management mode,whether such problems as the same remedy,enterprises provide control or provide good enterprise "two-funds" control related cases,have certain reference value and learning significance.Firstly,this paper defines the concepts of "two-funds" and potential loss from the theoretical level,and analyzes the contents,characteristics and relevant theoretical basis of "two-funds" management based on potential loss prevention.Then,the literature research method is used to sort out the related research results of accounts receivable management and inventory management in order to clarify the research direction.Then,using case analysis,On the basis of the introduction of the basic situation of A construction enterprise and its "two-funds" management and the overall situation of the enterprise,this paper elaborates the "two-funds" management strategy under the potential loss prevention of A construction enterprise.Finally,the conclusion of case analysis is drawn,and the experience and inspiration of A construction enterprise’s "two-funds" management based on potential loss prevention can be referred to and used for reference by similar enterprises.In the operation process of A construction enterprise,there are serious weak links in internal management,mainly manifested as: "Two-funds" control value degree is not enough,"two-funds" source control consciousness weak,business metering settlement problems,"two-funds" revitalize the weak,the lack of "two-funds" risk dynamic monitoring,evaluation on mechanism of six prominent question,through data analysis,the research of this article,the first thing to improve the value of "two-funds";Second,to improve the "two-funds" management system,third,to strengthen business measurement and settlement;Secondly,we should innovate the "two-funds" settlement thinking;Fifth,we should do a good job in the "two-funds" risk early warning;Finally,the "two-funds" assessment mechanism should be strengthened.Through the above measures,optimize the "two-funds" management,to improve the profitability of the enterprise,effectively prevent latent losses,in order to obtain long-term competitive advantages.
