With the development of rehabilitation medicine and science and technology,the ability to restore normal walking is no longer out of reach after stroke and other lower limb movement disorders can safely pass the acute treatment period.As an important means in rehabilitation treatment,the lower extremity rehabilitation auxiliary products are more outstanding and professional in the effect of auxiliary treatment.Today,with the continuous improvement of medical conditions,rehabilitation medical services are gradually becoming more and more perfect,and lower limb rehabilitation auxiliary products are also developing towards functionalization and individuation.At present,there are many problems in the actual use of lower limb rehabilitation auxiliary products in China.Due to technical constraints,cost and other factors,part of the product modeling is homogeneous,mechanical structure parts are bare and leak,the operation is complicated,and the training process is boring and monotonous.Fundamentally,in the design process of most rehabilitation auxiliary products,they tend to focus on the functional realization of rehabilitation therapy.In line with the premise that form is subordinated to function,engineers tend to lay particular stress on the functional design while ignoring the product modeling design and users’ psychological needs.Following the development law of things,with the iteration and renewal of lower limb rehabilitation auxiliary products,their functions should also be developed to a higher level on the basis of satisfying basic rehabilitation training.Therefore,this topic in the lower limb rehabilitation training robot as the main research carrier,by looking at the lower extremities auxiliary products,sports rehabilitation in areas such as literature,than the existing product,analysis of the target user groups and psychological characteristics,adhering to the user-centered,on the premise of modelling design,through questionnaire investigation and unstructured interview way,for the product modelling element has carried on the investigation and analysis.Based on the theoretical guidance of the analysis conclusion,the modeling design of the lower limb rehabilitation training robot was optimized,and a lower limb rehabilitation training robot product was designed to provide a reference for the modeling design practice of the lower limb rehabilitation auxiliary products.
