With the rapid development of the Chinese economy and the increasing pursuit of high quality of life,the rehabilitation of hemiplegia patients has been widely concern.To date,lower limb rehabilitation products used by hemiplegia patients are usually bulky and relatively single in function and training mode.Hence,they have difficulty not only providing training feedback for patients directly and effectively but also meeting the training needs of patients in different stages of rehabilitation.These factors will directly affect patients’ rehabilitation and self-confidence,so lower limb rehabilitation products have become the current research hotspot.Firstly,based on users’ actual psychological and emotional needs,this paper surveys the hemiplegia group,stakeholders,and the market of lower limb rehabilitation products combined with user research and interview method,relevant case induction and analysis method.And perceptual intention space is constructed to carry out the quantitative application of perceptual intention based on the relevant theories of Kansei Engineering to clarify the demands and preferences of users and the market for lower limb rehabilitation products.Secondly,in terms of structure,the hip joint is designed to be adjustable in degrees of freedom,the knee joint is designed to be detachable,in terms of appearance,the two products are designed to have a skeletal and technological appearance,and the finite element analysis of the mechanical structure of the product ensures its safety,in terms of use,the knee joint is disassembled to form two ways of overall use and half body use,which is convenient for patients in different rehabilitation states to use.Through the above three aspects of the lower limb rehabilitation products to optimize the design from multiple angles.At the same time,the related App is designed in combination with the three major sections of game training,rehabilitation data analysis,and rehabilitation communication circle,which can help users improve the efficiency of rehabilitation training.Finally,a complete set of the lower limb rehabilitation product system is designed from structure to appearance to App.This paper upgrades the application system and scene of lower limb rehabilitation products,analyzes the emotional needs of users,and optimizes and improves the structure and appearance of lower limb rehabilitation products.It hopes to help more families with hemiplegia but also calls on the whole society to provide more care and care for vulnerable groups,which has specific medical and social significance.
