| Skilled workers are the important human resources of labor-intensive manufacturing enterprises in China.In view of the low educational level of skilled workers,the large number of base,the many first-line posts and other characteristics,enterprises are urged to establish multi-level channels for the career development of skilled workers,it is of great significance to establish a salary distribution system that reflects the value of skills and can motivate skilled workers.Taking h company as an example,this paper analyzes and studies the problem of the salary system of its skilled employees,optimizes the existing salary system of h company in view of the existing problems,in order to promote the professional honor and salary satisfaction of the skilled employees,in order to protect the H company’s market competitiveness.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the salary management system of the skilled employees in h company,and based on the questionnaire survey,this paper finds that there are three major problems in the salary management of the skilled employees in h company,including the low salary level and the lack of competitiveness,lack of incentive performance,welfare system single reduce the sense of belonging.The main reasons include the lack of clear guiding ideology,system design and H Company strategy does not match,but also the lack of scientific compensation management concept.In view of the above situation,this article from the H company should from the optimized design mentality,formulates the salary strategy,according to the five aspects of scientific and reasonable position setting,fair job evaluation,internal and external salary survey,reasonable salary level determination,and overall consideration of salary structure,scientific job evaluation is carried out,on this basis,the author puts forward some countermeasures to optimize the compensation system of h company.Finally,this paper puts forward some measures to ensure the implementation of the plan,such as reform and mobilization,improvement of supporting system,establishment of communication mechanism and trial operation. |
