In recent years,the cell production mode has achieved good development because it can quickly adapt to the variety of market orders and quantity,suitable for the market demand of multi varieties,small batch and short delivery period.Cell production mode can transform a large number of "single skill workers" into "multi-skill workers",with social significance of facilitating,cultivating and creating people,it provides enough high quality and comprehensive skills workers for the whole society.The current cell production enterprises,however,often only consider each work cell’s need,and less consider the multi-skilled workers’ demand,resulting in multi-skill workers’ enthusiasm is not high,reduce the efficiency of cell production.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the two-sided matching between multi-skilled workers and work cells in cell production.At present,the research of personnel allocation considering both multi-skilled workers and work cells’ needs in cell production is less,and in the not much research,can’t fully consider the characteristics of cell production,skill level of multi-skilled workers,personal expenses and workload balance problem.In addition,there is lack of research on the matching stability of multi-skilled workers and work cells.These problems are of great significance for the rational allocation of multi-skilled workers.This paper starts from the mode of cell production,research the two-sided matching between multi-skilled workers and work cells in circuit-type of cell production and split-type of cell production,the matching model and application case are given.In this paper,the main work is as follows:(1)Extracting the two-sided matching problem between multi-skilled workers and work cells in circuit-type of cell production and putting forward matching model.More-to-one two-sided matching decision problem in circuit-type of cell production is described.Giving the solution framework,building the stable matching model which aiming to maximize the satisfaction of both multi-skilled workers and work cells,minimize total personal expenses,and the solution of model is presented.(2)Extracting the two-sided matching problem between multi-skilled workers and work cells in split-type of cell production and putting forward matching model.More-to-one two-sided matching decision problem in split-type of cell production is described.Giving the solution framework,building the stable matching model which aiming to maximize the satisfaction of both multi-skilled workers and work cells,minimize total personal expenses,balance multi-skilled workers’ work load,and the solution of model is presented.(3)Analyzing personnel allocation problem of H company,and respectively using the two-sided matching model in circuit-type of cell production and split-type of cell production to redistribute multi-skilled workers.The allocation results demonstrate the effectiveness of model and solving method.The research method based on two-sided matching between multi-skilled workers and work cells in cell production,not only can effectively solve the problem of assigning employees to the production line,but also can provide solving ideas for the two-sided matching problem under other application background.
