| Since its implementation,the construction project supervision system has developed for more than 30 years,which plays a pivotal role in improving the quality and safety of construction projects.With the deepening of China’s reform and the rapid development of economy,the government has increased the scale of investment in housing construction projects.At the same time,many problems have been exposed in the supervision of housing construction projects,which often cannot be satisfied by the construction unit and recognized by all walks of life.Therefore,as an intelligence-intensive and service-oriented service industry with consulting as its main business,the construction project supervision unit needs to consider the primary issue of how to improve its management level under the current market environment,and how to supervise the project that the construction unit is satisfied with and is recognized by all walks of life.OCC project is the first super high rise comprehensive building with all-steel structure in K city.After completion,it will become one of the landmark buildings in the north of K city and even the whole city.Its quality goal is to strive for "Luban Award",the safety goal is to strive for national AAA construction site,the supervision unit as one of the participating units,is facing a huge challenge.Based on the OCC project construction phase of the project supervision as the research object,to comb,supervision management related literature by OCC project internal supervision of the supervision engineer notice and the data such as meeting minutes,respectively from the four aspects quality,safety,investment,progress tease out influence factors,and in the four aspects respectively using pareto distribution influence factors analysis,selecting four aspects mainly summarized the influencing factors of,out of the main problems in the project supervision,and to the cause of the main factors influencing respectively from personnel,management process and the external environment and so on three aspects has carried on the detailed analysis.On the basis of summarizing the experience of predecessors,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the management improvement from the aspects of implementing the formalized management of project supervision department and building a learning project supervision department.It is hoped to provide reference value for the implementation of other engineering supervision projects in the future,and make the supervision work more standardized and scientific. |
