Research On The Integration Of Quality And Safety Supervision In County And District Level Construction Projects ——Take An Administrative District Of Kunming City As An Example

The quality and safety of construction projects are closely related to the safety of people’s lives and property,and effective government supervision plays a decisive role in ensuring the quality and safety of construction projects.With the development of economy and society,the volume of construction projects is increasing and the technology is becoming more and more complex.At the same time,along with system reform and government function adjustment,county district construction engineering quality and safety supervision department as the end construction engineering quality and safety supervision and administration institution,its workload and increasing scope of supervision,the supervision of supervision,a serious shortage of resources,construction quality and safety accidents have occurred,disrupt people’s life and property safety and adverse social impact.How to improve the quality and safety supervision of construction projects and ensure the quality and safety of construction projects under the restriction of limited supervision resources has become an urgent problem to be solved by the quality and safety supervision institutions of construction projects at the county and district level.Based on the theory of project management,integrated theory as the theoretical basis,the project management,integration,the concept and characteristic of construction project quality and safety supervision etc.Were summarized,based on the characteristics of the county district construction engineering quality and safety supervision and monitoring changes in the environment,to the county district construction engineering quality and safety supervision integration is analyzed,the necessity of contrast the characteristics of integration,This paper analyzes the feasibility of integration of quality and safety supervision in county and district level construction projects,and on this basis introduces the framework of integration mode of quality and safety supervision in county and district level construction projects.At the same time,taking an administrative district of Kunming City as an example,through the way of expert interview,the present situation of construction project quality and safety supervision in an administrative district of Kunming City was investigated,and combined with the work practice,the existing problems and reasons were analyzed.It is proposed that the integration of quality supervision and safety supervision in the government supervision of the quality and safety of construction projects at the county and district level can alleviate the problems and difficulties faced by the quality and safety supervision of construction projects at the county and district level,and the integration mode is designed based on the current situation of the quality and safety supervision of construction projects in a district of Kunming City.It is hoped that this study will help to promote the application of project management and integration in the supervision and management of construction project quality and safety at the county and district level,and provide a new idea for the supervision and management of construction project quality and safety at the county and district level.
