| With the continuous development of our country’s economy and the rapid improvement of people’s living standards,the power grid,as an important energy transmission channel to protect my country’s national economy and people’s livelihood,has the significance of safe and stable operation.Power grid technical transformation is a routine work to maintain the safe and stable operation of the power grid.With the continuous construction and operation of smart and strong power grids in China,the technical transformation of the power grid is becoming more and more onerous.The technical transformation of the power grid requires the transportation of corresponding grid materials to improve the power grid.The work efficiency of technological transformation,and the site selection and distribution path optimization of the entire grid technological transformation material distribution center is an important link in improving the efficiency of the grid technological transformation work.The location and route optimization of power grid technical transformation material distribution will not only directly affect the cost of power grid technical transformation material distribution,but also affect the efficient operation of power grid technical transformation work.Therefore,the solution of this problem is of great significance for the safe and stable power supply of the entire power grid,improving the reliability of the power supply of the grid,and reducing the operation and maintenance cost of the technical renovation.With the construction of the State Grid’s electric power Internet of Things,especially the construction of the smart car Internet,it can bring great convenience to the site selection and route optimization of the power grid technological transformation material distribution center.Grid companies can use smart transportation vehicles and Internet of Things information.Integrate and share technologies,optimize the distribution process of power grid technological transformation materials,and greatly improve work efficiency in the work of energy saving and carbon reduction.In this context,this paper studies the location selection and route optimization of power grid technological transformation material distribution.The main research content includes the following aspects:(1)This paper summarizes the research results of logistics facilities location,vehicle routing optimization and location routing optimization at home and abroad,analyzes the problems existing in the current power grid technical transformation distribution,and discusses the necessity of power grid technical transformation material logistics network optimization.Combining the application of electric power Internet of Things technology in the logistics system,further proposes a targeted electric power Internet of Things environment grid technical transformation material distribution plan.(2)Constructed a two-level planning model for the site selection and path planning of the power grid technological transformation material distribution center.Among them,the upper-level planning model is mainly responsible for determining the number of locations and geographical location of the distribution center.In the process of constructing the upper-level planning model,in addition to the construction cost and operation and maintenance management cost of the distribution center,the carbon emission cost is also considered.In the process of designing the lower-level mathematical model,the distribution route planning is optimized based on the results of the upper-level planning.In the lower-level model,the fixed cost and transportation cost of the vehicle,as well as the penalty cost of violating the time window are considered.The two-layer model can be solved as a whole to optimize the entire optimization process and minimize the total cost.(3)The genetic algorithm solution process is proposed to realize the solution to the two-level programming model of the location selection and path planning of the power grid technological transformation material distribution center.Aiming at the typical NP-hard problem of the two-level programming model,the coding,selection,crossover,and mutation operations are designed according to the characteristics and general steps of the genetic algorithm and the actual problems.A comparative analysis under the electric power Internet of Things situation was carried out through actual calculation examples,and MATLAB was used to program and solve the model proposed in this paper.Finally,the site selection and path planning characteristics of the power grid technological transformation material distribution center under the electric power Internet of Things situation were finally analyzed.Summarized and put forward relevant suggestions. |
