| The squeezed pile has been applied in many complex strata at home and abroad due to its excellent bearing characteristics,but the lag of its theoretical research still restricts its wide application.Therefore,this article is based on squeezed pile related practice and bearing rule,proposed a new type of squeezed pile bearing theory calculation method,through indoor small scale experiment and field test results show the applicability and accuracy of the calculation method,at the same time,the calculation method for experience value impact on the bearing capacity calculation of parameters is analyzed,and based on this paper,calculation method,It further provides optimization guidance for the bearing capacity design of squeezed pile.(1)The relation between load transfer based on shear displacement method and the settlement of pile foundation bearing unit value-hyperbolic model of squeezed pile bearing capacity calculation model is set up,and a method for determining pile end resistance pass parameters derived dish resistance pass parameters,and based on the bearing capacity of squeezed pile design specification and slow deformation load-settlement rules,determine the squeezed pile ultimate bearing capacity prediction method,Thus,the calculation method of bearing capacity of the squeezed pile is established(2)Through the comparison and verification of theoretical calculation and measured results under multi-strata and multi-working conditions,the obtained results show good consistency in the load-settlement law of squeezed pile,the bearing strength of bearing units at various loading stages and the prediction of ultimate bearing capacity.At the same time,the accuracy and adaptability of the calculation method of pile bearing capacity in related engineering design are proved.(3)The influence of four groups of empirical parameters in the calculation of bearing capacity is compared and analyzed,and the influence level of each parameter within the empirical value range is determined by combining with the field test pile and formation conditions.Among them,the value errors of horizontal earth pressure coefficient and pile-soil interface friction angle tend to have a great influence on the calculation results.The influence of the value errors of soil failure surface angle and lateral resistance limit failure ratio on the theoretical calculation results can be controlled within the allowable range of the project.The ultimate failure ratio of lateral resistance,the horizontal earth pressure coefficient and the friction angle of pile-soil interface all influence the calculation results of lateral resistance,while the angle of soil failure surface mainly has a great influence on the calculation results of end resistance.(4)Based on the calculation method of bearing capacity,the influence of the position of the supporting disc,the inclination angle(diameter)of the disc,the internal friction angle and the cohesion of the soil around the pile were analyzed.Among them,the resistance of the ultimate end increases gradually with the downward movement of the branch and disk positions,but for the optimal bearing effect of the pile,the branch and disk should be set at the depth of 4/10L0~5/10L0 from the pile top downward In the design of the branch and tray,the pile with a small dip angle and large diameter can promote its excellent bearing effect to be fully exerted.With the increase of internal friction angle and cohesion,the ratio of lateral resistance decreases,and the contribution level of end resistance increases gradually.The ultimate bearing capacity of the pile increases gradually,but its bearing effect decreases gradually.Figure[46]table[15]reference[84]... |
