Compared with cast-in-place concrete,precast concrete components have considerable advantages.Compared with the cast-in-place structure,the main body of the prefabricated structure is processed in the factory,with guaranteed quality and safety,fast on-site construction and adapting to today’s fast-paced construction mode.According to the analysis of the research status at home and abroad,there are some urgent problems in the form of beam column joints,seismic performance research,design methods and other aspects of prefabricated concrete frame structure,which limit the development of prefabricated structure,urgently need to improve the overall performance of prefabricated structure,the strength and stability of post cast parts.In order to further improve the problems existing in the splicing of precast components and strengthen the most important and weakest parts of precast concrete structure,this paper compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of prefabricated joints at home and abroad,and proposes a new type of prefabricated concrete structure bolt beam column joint,It is a new type of post cast integral beam to column joint,which is easy to detect the quality,no reinforcement of prefabricated components and no collision of reinforcement.For the new node,the following analysis and research are carried out:1、The detail structure and overall steel skeleton structure of the pin type joint are introduced in detail,including the size,connection mode,construction details and stress mechanism.According to the new bolt type beam column joint,five groups of small scale beam type test schemes are designed,which can provide specific method basis for future tests.2、In order to verify the accuracy of the finite element simulation,the relevant literature was searched,the same finite element model as the literature experiment was established,and the comparative analysis was carried out.On this basis,the finite element model of the beam column joint is established,which is close to the actual parameters.The force transfer mechanism of the pin joint is clarified.For typical joints,the failure of the structure begins with the yield of the steel bar on the upper pin plate and ends with the crushing of the concrete at the edge of the lower compression zone.3、Taking the adjusted model as the benchmark model,the ultimate bearing capacity and failure mode of different parameter models are solved by changing the parameters.Through analysis and comparison,the appropriate critical values of each parameter are obtained,and the model is optimized.The results show that when the parameters are set differently,the way of force transfer will change and the failure mode will also change.Figure[55]Table[18]Reference[73]...
