| Prefabricated concrete structure has many advantages,such as high economic efficiency,energy conservation and environmental protection,improving construction efficiency,safety and economic advantages,etc.In the study of prefabricated building structure,the node connection form is the key point of the structure performance.It was found that the current nodes don’t have good practicality and difficult to improve the efficiency of the construction of prefabricated building structure by study of a large number of domestic and foreign literature.Therefore,combining with domestic and foreign data,this paper innovatively proposes a kind of dry joint with bolt connection through precast beam and column.By the test and simulation analysis to study the seismic performance,some certain results has been obtained,and it has significance to promote the development of prefabricated building structure.This paper is based on the National Key Research and Development Program(2016YFC0701500),and a new type of node of precast concrete column and beam with ordinary bolts throughout has been designed.This article line of thought from the following aspects:1.Based on the research and development project,a new type of joint with common bolts through precast concrete columns and beams was designed.The columns are made of C80 high strength concrete,the beams are made of C40 concrete,and the reinforcing bars are made of HRB400 steel.2.The quasi-static test is carried out by using servo loading system,and the seismic performance indexes such as hysteretic curve,skeleton curve,stiffness degradation curve and ductility are analyzed.It is found that the failure of precast concrete beam-column joints with ordinary bolts is ductile failure.Under low cyclic loading,the hysteretic curve is full,the whole ductility and stiffness are good,and the seismic performance is good.3.Based on the plastic damage model of concrete,the establishment process of the model and the selection of the constitutive model of steel bar and concrete are discussed in detail.The reliability of finite element analysis is demonstrated by comparing the results of finite element analysis with the test results.4.Based on the test and finite element analysis results,a kind of steel beam joint of precast concrete column with ordinary bolts was designed,and the joints were modeled by ABAQUS.The analysis shows that the joint can be repaired only by replacing the connecting bolt,which can reduce the cost of maintenance greatly. |
