The combination of energy system and Internet technology gives birth to the concept of the Energy Internet,which provides the possibility for multi-energy complementary operation and coordinated optimization.The integrated energy management system mainly utilizes the interconversion of different energy sources to achieve the coordination and optimization of the integrated energy system.At present,it is facing several problems and challenges.For example,the functional needs of the integrated energy management system are not clear yet,and a variety of new operation control technologies may appear in the future.Traditional EMS functions may have the problem of repetitive development,which requires a highly compatible platform to integrate existing functions and break the barriers of data and information.In order to solve the problems mentioned above,this paper studies the integrated energy management system of energy Internet based on micro-service architecture,and forms a comprehensive energy regulation platform with high extensibility and high availability by taking advantage of the characteristics of loose coupling provided by micro-service architecture.The main contents of this paper include:Firstly,the energy management system architecture based on micro service is studied,and the energy Internet mechanism cognition and massive operation data are fully utilized to design the energy management functional logic driven by data and mechanism.It can realize the core functions of the two-layer energy management system based on situation awareness and energy flow optimization based on data-mechanism driven two computing modes,and provide reliable decision support for dispatchers through cross verification.Based on the micro-service architecture,the functions of the energy management system are split according to the coupling relationship.The split system has the characteristics of loose coupling,high compatibility and high flexibility,which supports a flexible access of the functions of the energy management system and meets the development needs of diversified energy forms.Then,the integrated energy state estimation,prediction,energy flow optimization in the two layers of situational awareness and energy flow optimization are studied.Considering the difference in response speed of different energy systems,a dynamic model of natural gas system was established to describe its long changing process,which realized the multi-snapshot state estimation of integrated energy system and realized the operation state of the integrated energy system in real time.The integrated energy load forecasting method based on long and short memory neural network is realized,which extracts the time-dependent information from the historical data and the deep coupling relationship between the historical data of different energy demands,gives the prediction results and anticipates the future change trend of the system,and provides decision support for the optimal operation of the system.The optimization scheduling of comprehensive energy system based on deep reinforcement learning is realized,and the complex nonlinear system is fitted with artificial intelligence technology to reduce the calculation and solution time,and the optimization goal of minimizing the total energy consumption cost of system operation is achieved by using flexible transformation relationship between different energy forms.Finally,based on the above work,a prototype system is developed using Spring Cloud platform.The parallel communication mode based on message among micro-services within the system is designed,and the micro-service data bus based on Kafka is built.According to the computing data required by different micro-services,the database under each micro-service is designed and implemented.Based on the above theory,a integrated energy state estimation,prediction,energy flow optimization and other micro-services are researched and developed,which are integrated into the micro-service architecture and a prototype system is developed.The prototype system can calculate and solve specific functions according to the parameter input by calling the required micro-services,and then give the calculation results.
