| With the global economic and social development and expansion of energy consumption is also growing.The development of green energy is a global consensus in the long-term Energy Strategy.As a kind of clean and renewable energy,it is getting more and more popular all over the world.The rapid development of wind power generation has solved the problem of difficult access to electricity for people,but the natural frequency of the wind turbine is fixed during the working process.When the passing frequency of the Wind Turbine Blade approaches the natural frequency of the tower structure of the Wind Turbine,the resonance will occur and the structure can not be changed.Based on the principle of dynamic vibration absorption,a universal vibration absorber is designed,which can transfer the vibration energy of the main system to the additional vibration absorber system when the working frequency can not avoid the resonance region,the vibration of the main system can be reduced to protect the tower from structural damage.Based on the latest research results at home and abroad,the universal vibration absorber is designed,and its vibration reduction effect is verified by theoretical analysis and experimental verification.The research results of this paper can effectively reduce the vibration of the wind turbine,and have certain engineering application value.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The single-degree-of-freedom(SDOF)vibration model of the tower structure of a small-scale wind turbine with a stay cable is established,and the SDOF vibration model of the tower structure with a universal absorber is established,and make a theoretical analysis of it.The working principle of the universal vibration absorber is introduced.(2)Make the Reduced Model of Small Wind Turbine Tower,the experiment equipment,model and working principle of vibration detection are introduced,and the reduced model is modeled and modal analysis is carried out.(3)The dimension parameters of the universal vibration absorber are analyzed and debugged,and the experimental model of the universal vibration absorber is made.(4)the universal absorber model is installed on the reduced model to carry out theexperiment and is compared with the theoretical analysis.(5)the experimental model of Unidirectional Vibration Absorber is made and the results are compared with that of universal vibration absorber. |
