Because the equipment for production, assemble, transportation and machinery are largely in usage in industrial plant, as well as intensive vibration is generated when the machinery have been in runtime. Typically these multiple machines,under excitation equipment, often lead to vibration amplification, and have a direct role in the main structure of the plant. Plant, which in this long-term severe vibration condition, will affect the sense of comfort for worker slightly, as a result of workers in this severe vibration environment will cause severe damage to the structure and have great work laid security risks. Structural abnormalities of the vibration is a common phenomenon on the building structure, and the vibration of plant structure is usually can not be completely avoided. Therefore the key of problem is how to control the vibration amplitudebe within the range allowed by the relevant specification. Most research work of structure vibration has focused on building seismic. Furthermore domestic research has not yet formed a systematic work that act as a reference and can be used in industrial plants abnormal vibration when the structure needs strengthening and repairing. Related test has showed that Industrial plant in 6 degree zone seismic vibration control is far more serious, usually tend to use traditional methods to deal with structural reinforcement abnormal vibration problems.Therefore, in this thesis as for a specific project of multi-plant production workshop in abnormal vibration environment, mainly focusing on the work as follows are:(1) Summarize the structure type and characteristics of today’s industrial plants, clear as the importance of the production of industrial buildings and the infrastructure needed to solve the problem.(2) Use of relevant test equipment for construction-site dynamic test, geting the measured dynamic response and dynamic characteristics of the plant structure. After the establishment of the finite element model provides a reference basis.(3) Using the finite element software to establish the structural model, obtained through modal analysis of each order frequency structures, modal participation factor and quality, and the simulation results with the experimental results than the right, to further verify the accuracy of the model. A clear idea of the structure of the various analysis and points to the vibration.(4) From the structure, machinery and equipment, the body three key aspects of building, combined with the allowable value of the relevant standards and vibration analysis to evaluate the impact of vibration on the status quo plant structure.(5) Proposed a reinforcement scheme, by comparing different strengthening scheme in various finite element model, then choose the ultimate scheme, put forward specific concrete reinforcement design measures.(6)Conduct site dynamic test of workshop structure after reinforcement, combined with the analysis results before and after reinforcement, evaluate the reinforcement effect.
