At present, the total number of wind turbine assembly machines is increasing year by year, and there are many types of wind farms, and the scale of construction is huge. However, the operating environment of the wind turbine is very harsh. As the running time increases, the wind turbine fails frequently, the downtime maintenance time increases, and the unit damage rate continues to rise. These have seriously affected the power generation efficiency, resulting in an increase in installed operation and maintenance costs.which is not conducive to the sustainable development of the wind power industry.Based on the above reasons, this paper uses the actual operating fault data of a wind farm of a wind farm in Zhangjiakou,Hebei Province, and uses the model Carlo method to analyze the reliability of the wind turbine subsystem and apply the correlation method to analyze the reliability of the wind turbine system. The main research work of the thesis is as follows:(1)This paper introduces the structural composition and basic maintenance methods of wind turbines, and carries out Monte Carlo simulation methods, correlation theory, detailed description of reliability theory and description of application principles, which provides theoretical support for the following related research.(2)In this paper,Monte Carlo simulation method is used to evaluate the importance of wind turbine subsystems and rank them.Among them, through the establishment of the established evaluation factors and scoring system, the hierarchical analysis is carried out,and then the importance ranking is determined by Monte Carlo simulation,so as to provide technical support for scientific operation and maintenance.(3)Through the directed graph theory, the subsystem fault correlation analysis is carried out to obtain the most affected system sequencing and influence system sequencing, which provides data support for subsequent reliability analysis.(4)Based on historical fault data.Weibull two-parameter estimation of subsystem is carried out.Based on the concepts of total probability formula and comprehensive failure rate,a reliability analysis model based on subsystem fault correlation is established, and the comparison between inherent reliability and comprehensive reliability of subsystems of wind turbines is carried out, thus providing technical support for scientific operation and maintenance.
