China’s high-speed railway has a long operation length and a high degree of network.However,some new problems appear in the network operation of high-speed railway,such as more train starting and finishing points,more cross-line trains,more train stopping schemes,tight passing capacity,which affects the stability of the operation diagram and increases the complexity of dispatching.Due to the large number and wide distribution of passenger OD,it is difficult to provide high frequency direct service for all passenger OD,which results in the low service frequency of some OD direct trains.The problem of transit and transfer passenger flow organization is one of the key problems in high-speed railway operation in China.Railway enterprise through optimizing train connection,convenient for passengers in transit transfer hub node,thus reducing the train and end point combination demand,increase the income of railway enterprise and passenger service quality,hankou railway station is an important transit transfer node,on the research of the hankou railway station passenger transit transfer organization,can be used for reference in the transit transfer to other nodes to stand on.Through data analysis of historical data such as sender,transit and transfer number,in-pipe passenger flow and through-through passenger flow,this paper determines that the research focus of this paper is the peak period of passenger flow.Aiming at shortcomings of information technology application in passenger transportation organization,passenger can’t timely,convenient transit transfer of information and transit transfer to streamline Settings without fully considering the urgent customer needs,go line distance far away,go for a long time,the overall transfer transfer efficiency is low,the use of process reengineering theory is analyzed,the passenger transit transfer channel,ticket gate machines,elevator such as the layout of the equipment and facilities and so on to conduct a comprehensive optimization,the passenger transit transfer to streamline the process reengineering.Aimed at the problems existing in the train operation organization,the paper analyzes the passenger to transfer to transfer station transit transfer in the process of the train,points out the train whether there is connection relationship mainly depends on the change to the train arrived in time and in the time intervals between the departure time of the train whether meet the requirements of train in place of the required conditions,determined to reduce the transit passengers transfer to total time as the optimization goal,puts forward the main supply capacity is relatively ample,peak long-distance train long-distance passenger travel demand,transit transfer passengers choose optimal in train technical optimal permissions can only adjust the tube short train,station and so on eight assumptions,Linear programming theory is used to establish mathematical models for train operation scheme,train schedule and channel operation,and then analyze and optimize them.Through the calculation and verification,it is concluded that the use of process reengineering theory to redesign the transit transfer passenger organization streamline and using linear programming theory to optimize traffic organization,the average transit transfer passenger transit seriously reduce the time needed for the transfer,prove model is feasible,optimization have certain effect,at the same time,the average travel time and transit transfer passengers,passengers in hankou railway station transit transfer to experience will get promoted.
