Based on culture and creativity,the cultural and creative industries is to provide user with service and product,adding value to economy in the way of industrialization.This thesis introduced the UTAUT model of the study of user acceptance behavior to cultural and creative product design,and designed a cultural and creative product named "Que Li Li Ji" with a Confucian-Ritual-Culture theme.Research result not only enriches the design theory of cultural and creative products,but also explore current survival framework and the inheritance way of Confucian ritual culture.By analyzing users,categories and feature of cultural and creative product of Museum and intangible cultural heritage,it can be concluded that cultural and creative product are concerned with culture,aesthetic and practicability.This paper studied the UTAUT modal and factors that have influence on user acceptance and intention of cultural and creative products,and modified the UTAUT model.The UTAUT model of Cultural and Creative Products was constructed by keeping the original variables Performance Exception,Effort Exception,User Intention,Gender and Experience,and adding Perceived Playfulness,Perceived aesthetic and Brand Influence.Then analyzing the collected data by SPSS 22.0 and verifying the hypothetical relationship by structural equation model in AMOS 21.0,the conclusion is that the variables in the model do have influence on the user intention and behavior of culture and creativity products.Based on the modified model,design strategy was proposed.Through requirement to design,"Que Li Li Ji",an interactive puzzle solving product was designed under the guidance of the deign strategy proposed before,including mobile APP,puzzle book and accessories.The content of the product have historical and cultural knowledge such as ritual and the Temple of Confucius in Qufu,a spiritual and cultural space of ritual.The world of ritual was constructed by features including story experience,achievement system and historical information collection.character,plots,puzzle were designed too.User are provided with a comprehensive and in-depth product to learn about Confucian ritual culture.Under the guidance of theoretical research,"Que Li Li Ji" show the story the Confucian ritual culture in a highly interactive way.In the future,this thesis could study the model for subdivided cultural and creative products,such as digital products,and optimize the applicability of the brand element in cultural and creative products.
