Transformers play a vital role in the transportation of power.The quality of power and the loss of the power are two important indicators of power transportation.In this study,a power transformer controller was proposed to improve power quality and reduce power.Based on the analysis of the power transformer structure with capacity and voltage regulation,a complete solution for the controller has been developed,with a set of excellent performance power capacity and voltage regulation switchers.This work first explores the research background and significance of the power transformer voltage and capacity switch controller,and introduces the international research status and developmental trend of intelligent controllers of power transformer.Next,the composition structure of the power transformer capacity and voltage regulation controller are described.At the same time,the loss of the capacity regulation transformer is analyzed,and the capacity regulation point is determined by calculating its critical economic capacity.On this basis,the overall design of the controller system is proposed and the functional requirements and technical indicators of the controller are explained.The hardware platform includes the design of permanent magnet mechanism and asynchronous motor drive circuit,system power supply circuit,capacitance voltage detection and protection circuit,data acquisition and measurement circuit,voltage and current output circuit,minimum system circuit of single chip microcomputer,communication circuit,storage circuit,and human-computer interaction circuit.The software part includes the overall framework of system software.ATT7022 EU chip driver and its software calibration program,capacitor voltage detection program,and the flow chart are designed.At the same time,reasonable analyses of the controller’s control strategy in different operating modes have been completed,and the corresponding control flow charts of capacity and voltage regulation are designed.The controller uses a variety of software and hardware measures to improve its reliability and stability.The hardware protection circuit is used to ensure that the capacitor will not be overcharged even in the case of a single-chip microcomputer crash.Additionally,the controller has the function of remote communication,which can remotely upgrade the controller program and monitor its running state through 4G communication module.Finally,this paper describes the functions and technical parameters of the prototype developed and builds an experimental platform.The functions and anti-interference performance of each part of the controller have been tested.The results indicate that the designed controller prototype can complete the capacity and voltage adjustment operation,and can still operate stably and reliably even with a certain amount of interference.It basically meets the requirements of function and technical index proposed by the project entrusting unit.
