As the next generation power system,smart grid can effectively improve the performance of traditional power grid.Wireless Sensor Network(WSN)technology,together with communication technology and computer technology,is one of the three pillars of contemporary information technology.It is an emerging and application-oriented multi-cross discipline.It has become a future development trend to integrate the two advanced technologies.WSN has a broad development prospect in smart grid power data acquisition,power operation monitoring and power fault diagnosis.Energy consumption of sensor nodes is currently a hot research issue in smart grid.Communication between nodes generates a large amount of energy consumption,and the level of energy consumption is closely related to the distance between nodes and the amount of data transmitted.Optimized routing protocols can effectively reduce network energy loss and prevent key nodes from quitting the network due to energy depletion.Reasonable node coverage distribution can not only prolong the network life but also promote the communication between nodes.Therefore,in order to improve the communication service quality in smart grid,this paper studies the routing and coverage algorithm of smart grid network.The main research work is as follows:1)A LEACH-ED algorithm based on energy and density is proposed to solve the routing optimization problem of WSN in the smart grid awareness layer.The routing algorithm is improved on the original LEACH algorithm,which reoptimizes the optimal cluster head number in the monitoring region and divides the optimal sub-region blocks based on node density.At the same time,the subregion threshold formula is improved,the cluster head selection method is optimized,and two concepts of energy factor and density factor are introduced.Finally,the data transmission mode between the cluster head and the base station is optimized.It can be seen from the simulation results that the LEACH-ED algorithm effectively avoids the defect of the traditional algorithm,which is easy to fall into the local optimum,greatly reduces the energy consumption of nodes and prolongs the service life of WSN.2)Aiming at the problems of smart grid WSN sensor placement density,collaborative communication routing and optimization,and node energy consumption,a LEACH algorithm based WSN node distribution optimization strategy is proposed.The I-LEACH algorithm combines the advantages of traditional LEACH algorithm,force algorithm and algorithm in node distribution,and realizes the optimization of regional node deployment.Firstly,the I-LEACH algorithm selects the reasonable number and position of sensor nodes to transform the complex NP problem into a linear problem.Then,the location of nodes selected by LEACH algorithm is optimized by using the quasi material force algorithm.At the same time,the concept of boundary binding force is introduced to optimize the location of the boundary region in the set range to prevent the boundary nodes from being excluded from the boundary.Finally,using the inherent characteristics of Voronoi diagram,the centroid algorithm is used to further improve the accuracy of node position.The experimental results show that the I-LEACH algorithm can effectively improve the node redundancy in WSN,and significantly improve the network node coverage efficiency on the basis of monitoring regional coverage.3)According to the improved routing protocol simulation in this paper,the application environment of the smart grid awareness layer is designed,which includes the overall model structure of the system,relevant application technologies,hardware structure design and corresponding system implementation.By comparing the energy consumption of the traditional smart grid simulation system with that of the smart grid simulation system WSN after using the improved algorithm,the superiority of the improved algorithm in this paper is further verified.Figure[65]table[7]reference[80]...
