development,renewable energy has become a new way out for global energy and a new direction for the future development of China’s power industry.The state has also issued a series of policies to promote the development of the new energy industry based on energy utilization,and the photovoltaic industry has also been well developed.In recent years,due to the abandonment of light,grid-connected indicators,and online bidding policies,the construction of ground-based centralized photovoltaics has been limited.Distributed photovoltaic projects have begun to attract the attention of investors,mainly due to these advantages,such as their small investment scale,high project electricity prices,and short construction period.Distributed photovoltaic has received strong policy support in my country’s power industry,and its development has also been rapidly popularized and promoted.In order to improve the reliability,stability and economy of distributed photovoltaic systems,the demand of the grid system can be balanced by storing electric energy when needed and releasing electric energy when necessary.The combination of distributed photovoltaic system and energy storage system has practical research significance in my country’s power industry,and it also has broad development prospects in the future.If you want to realize the promotion of large-scale distributed photovoltaic energy storage projects,you must consider its economics.To this end,this article starts with the construction of the LCOE calculation model and the economic analysis method of distributed photovoltaic power generation projects.Based on different business models and different typical regions,research the economics of distributed photovoltaic power generation projects that take into account electrochemical energy storage.This article first fully reads relevant domestic and foreign literature and books,researches and learns distributed photovoltaic systems,electrochemical energy storage technology,distributed photovoltaic power generation characteristics,and levelized power generation cost estimation theory,and sorts out the distributed photovoltaic business model And peak flat valley electricity price.Based on the status quo of my country’s distributed photovoltaic power generation,combined with the levelized power generation cost theory,a comprehensive analysis of the influencing factors of power generation cost is carried out,so as to provide theoretical support for the research of this article.Then,this article analyzes the influencing factors of distributed photovoltaic power generation,sets the parameters of distributed photovoltaic energy storage projects,and combines the business model of distributed photovoltaic and the peak-valley time-of-use electricity price to construct an improvement suitable for the power generation of distributed photovoltaic systems in my country version of LCOE calculation model.Secondly,using levelized cost of electricity(LCOE),internal rate of return(IRR)and system revenue as economic evaluation indicators,the economics of distributed photovoltaic power generation projects in three typical regions of my country that include electrochemical energy storage are evaluated.Based on the distributed photovoltaic business model,combined with the actual conditions of the three provinces of Qinghai,Henan,and Zhejiang,the system cost,network fee,transaction electricity price,and transaction electricity are selected as sensitive factors,and the impact is taken into account for electrochemical storage.Sensitivity analysis on economic factors of energy-based distributed photovoltaic projects.Finally,based on the economic point of view,combined with the current situation of my country’s distributed photovoltaic development,relevant policy recommendations suitable for the development of my country’s distributed photovoltaic energy storage projects are proposed to promote the sustainable development of the distributed photovoltaic industry in my country in the future.This article mainly innovates models and methods from two aspects.First,build a distributed photovoltaic power generation cost estimation model based on the leveled power generation cost theory.For distributed photovoltaic power generation projects,the roof rent and the wages of operation and maintenance personnel are innovatively added to the operation and maintenance costs,and the system efficiency and equipment attenuation rate are introduced to make it more in line with the actual situation.Second,an economic evaluation method for distributed photovoltaic projects that takes into account electrochemical energy storage is proposed.Combining the economic analysis and sensitivity analysis of different business models and different typical regions to make the economic analysis results more objective and comprehensive. |
