The rapid development of Chinese subway industry provides great convenience for people to travel,and the construction of subway projects is the core of infrastructure planning in major cities.Dynamic analysis of project construction cost management is the subway smoothly and implementation of key project construction,the subway project construction cycle is long,great human resources consumption,professional system is complex,which made at the beginning of the project project owner only through a previous case and subjective experience to a rough estimate of the project management project management cost;During the construction period,the lagging data analysis means adopted cannot fully reflect the key influencing factors that cause the drastic fluctuation of the construction cost.As a result,the analysis of the construction cost in the construction process is not accurate enough,which affects the cost control of the whole process of the project.Because the whole construction frame of the subway project is huge,this paper only selects one of the key parts which is the subway electromagnetically engineering project,to conduct the construction cost dynamic analysis and research.In this paper,data mining technology and artificial intelligence technology are used to dynamically analyze and study the key influencing factors related to the cost of subway electromagnetically engineering projects,and the corresponding weights of each influencing factors are given,so as to quantitatively describe the influence degree of different data indicators on the cost of subway electromagnetically engineering projects.The research contents of this paper are summarized as follows:1)Analyze the current research status at home and abroad,and focus on the applicability of principal component analysis,Bayesian network and other technical methods in the cost analysis of subway process construction.2)Based on the principal component analysis method,the data of subway construction in System 2.0 are processed,the main factors affecting the cost of subway construction are summarized and the key factors are analyzed.3)Based on the relevant theories and methods of principal component analysis and Bayesian network,through the analysis of the construction cost composition and key influencing factors of subway electromagnetically engineering,the corresponding cost dynamic analysis model is built,so as to achieve the control of the construction cost of subway electromagnetically engineering.4)Verify and modify the established dynamic analysis model.Verify the effectiveness of the cost analysis and prediction model through real subway electromagnetically engineering projects,and analyze the actual utility of the model in the control of engineering construction costs.This paper takes the monthly and quarterly construction cost data of Hohhot Metro Line1 construction project as a case to make an empirical analysis,and verifies the validity and practicability of Bayesian network in the process of dynamic analysis of the construction cost of subway electromagnetically engineering.The experimental results show that the cost prediction method of subway electromagnetically engineering construction project based on Bayesian network has clear logic and simple method,and the verified results are in good agreement with the real results,and the reliability is high.It has a good application scenario in this kind of field.
