Research On Key Technical Problems Of Cost Engineering Faced On Product Design

Based on the history and station of product design and cost engineering, the key problems of cost engineering faced on product design are studied carefully and deeply in this article according to the requirement of product designer, and systemic theories, methods and techniques are provided, including four mainly aspects:Systemic theory and method of cost engineering faced on product design.Connotations of product design and cost engineering are researched deeply, the integration strategy named PCD (Product Cost Design) of product design and cost engineering is provided according to development of cost engineering based on applications of enterprise management, architect engineering, etc. The mainly functions including cost modeling, cost optimization and controlling, cost analysis are described carefully, and also the key problems are listed, the methods of resolving are provided.Theory, method and technique of cost modeling faced on the whole phase of product design.First, the information evolvement and expression faced on the whole phase of product design are studied, and the methods of information evolvement and expression based on cell evolvement is promoted based on a new method named Dynamic Information Model. Next, the cost modeling based on dynamic fuzzy neural network is established during concept design, the cost modeling based on gene engineering is provided according to the characteristics of structure design and detail design. Last, all kinds of techniques are integrated into resolving the question of cost modeling faced on the whole phase of product design.Some key problems for cost optimization and analysis.The restriction condition and target system of technique performance and economic performance are established, and compound optimization of complex technique product is realized through advanced methods of generalized optimization design based on the cost model. According to the cost result of optimization, the compound analysis is realized by the methods including cost structure analysis, cost target analysis and cost discrepancy analysis, etc.Software of product cost design.Based on the researched techniques, the platform of product cost design is developed, including product data management, cost modeling, cost optimization, cost analysis, device management, material management, process management, etc.The security and share of database faced on product design procedure are realized. Cost estimation software is also developed based on the same principles, and proved by product design examples.
