As an important infrastructure,highway engineering plays an important role in the construction of transportation.In recent years,with the rapid economic development of our country,the scale of highway engineering projects has become larger and larger,and the risks and uncertainties of construction have also increased.It is precisely because of the numerous and complex construction risks faced by the implementation of highway projects.,Which affected the smooth implementation of the project.As an indispensable part of highway engineering project management,risk management has become an inevitable trend in the development of the construction industry and civil engineering industry.Therefore,It has important theoretical and practical significance to master the method of risk identification,to identify and evaluate risk factors,and to conduct targeted management and control of the risks faced by the project based on the evaluation results.In this paper,relying on the XC-2bidding construction project of Xicha Highway,the following researches on the risk management during the construction process are carried out:This article reads and summarizes the domestic and foreign literature on highway engineering construction risk management and construction accident cases,expounds the theory and procedures of risk management,and sorts out the general process of highway engineering construction risk management assessment.Relying on the construction project of XC-2 bidding on Xicha highway,summarize the regional characteristics of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau area,and summarize the construction characteristics of the project by consulting the construction organization design of the XC-2bidding on Xicha highway.Based on the characteristics of the construction of the XC-2standard of Xicha Highway and the understanding of risks,the risks are divided into five categories: environmental risks,social risks,economic risks,technical risks,and management risks.And explain each type of risk,and list the risk factors that may appear during the construction of the project,and explain it.Then,the factor analysis method is used to screen the risk factors that may occur during the construction of the project,and finally the common factors are named through the results of the second factor analysis(fitting and revised factor analysis).Take the XC-2 bidding project of Xicha Highway as the main research body,based on the results of factor analysis,From the eight aspects of construction cost,construction safety,social risk,production capacity,risk from owners and investors,construction period,green risk,and quality risk,select the risk management factors that have a greater impact on the project,and establish the highway project Construction risk management evaluation index system,the index system includes 8 first-level indicators and 33 second-level indicators;through the comparison and analysis of comprehensive evaluation methods,combined with the evaluation index system constructed,the analytic hierarchy process and the information entropy method are combined The method determines the weight of the evaluation index;based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the construction risk management of the XC-2 standard of Xicha highway is established,which converts the weight number fuzzy evaluation matrix into a fuzzy single evaluation matrix,avoiding the traditional fuzzy number The complexity and imprecision of the comparison between.A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was carried out on the construction risk management of the XC-2 standard of Xicha Highway,and the risk management level was determined to be moderate risk(level Ⅲ),and compared with the risk acceptance criteria,the construction risk of the highway project was acceptable,but must cause Pay attention.According to the risk management evaluation results,corresponding measures are taken to control the risk factors of the highway construction.The research methods and results of this article can provide references and suggestions for similar projects,and have positive significance in reducing the possibility of safety accidents and the losses caused by risks.
