| Since the 21st century,my country’s high-speed railways have made certain progress in terms of operating mileage and operating scale,and have solved the problem of some railway passengers who have no seats to choose from.However,there are still many problems at this stage.For example,there are differences in regional demand,and passengers’ preferences for different trains are very different,which leads to waste of transportation capacity and restricts the revenue of railway enterprises.Aiming at the deficiencies in fare setting,this thesis introduces the theory of revenue management,studies the problem of dynamic pricing,and uses the leverage of price to increase the revenue of high-speed railway passenger transportation and meet the travel needs of passengers.The main research content and research results of the thesis are as follows:Introduce the core theory of revenue management in detail,sort out the construction method of dynamic pricing model,lay the foundation for constructing dynamic pricing model of high-speed railway,analyze the similarities and differences between revenue management applied to aviation and railway,and analyze the feasibility of revenue management applied to railway passenger transportation;This paper analyzed the influencing factors of transportation price and the current situation of pricing of passenger transportation mechanism,based on the theory of transportation supply and demand,analyzed the relationship between railway supply,passenger demand and market revenue from the perspective of economics,and pointed out that reasonable pricing strategies can effectively alleviate the contradiction between railway supply and demand;Explains the influence of personal attributes,travel characteristics and train characteristics on passenger travel choices.Based on this,a questionnaire that combines the Revealed Preference Survey(RP)and the Declared Preference Survey(SP)for passengers traveling on high-speed rail lines is designed,this paper conducted a sub-level questionnaire on the passenger’s personal attributes,travel characteristics and parallel trip characteristics,this paper deeply studied the travel choice mechanism of passengers,analyzed the rationality of the data obtained,and verified the differences between passengers through the data.There are differences in the choice preferences of different passengers.The differences are mainly reflected in the fare,departure time,running time and comfort level.The choice preferences of different passengers together determine the railway travel demand;The dynamic pricing process is analyzed,the demand function is constructed,the demand function modification method considering the matching of supply and demand is proposed,and the dynamic pricing model of multi-traffic based on revenue management is established.This model takes into account the possible transfer situations of passengers when choosing a train for travel,and gives a detailed introduction to the solution of the transfer probability.During the pre-sale period,the demand determines the price,the price forecasts the demand,and maximizes the income of the railway enterprise.In the process of problem solving,the artificial bee colony algorithm is used to solve the model;Finally,based on the historical pre-sale data on the high-speed rail line,the relationship between the optimal ticket price and revenue of the two trains after using the model constructed in this paper is studied.The results show that:compared with the previous single fare,the proposed scheme is suitable for the passenger flow of High-speed Railway,which increases the total revenue of railway enterprises.Compared with the single fare model,it has increased by 16.92%,and the effect of revenue increase is obvious. |
