As China’s economy has been rapid development,from the industry of 1.0 to 4.0,smart,from made in China to China since the reform and opening up,after decades of development,as an important pillar of the manufacturing industry,China’s economy to survive and develop in the fierce competition environment,and innovation,we must establish a set of suitable for their quality management system,and to make the system can be successfully implemented and efficient operation,and it must have a set of scientific,effective and suitable performance management system to supplement each other,make the enterprise strategic target to fall to the ground,thereby enhancing enterprise’s competitive advantage.However,now many enterprise performance management system and cannot be combined with the current management mode,still,stay in the old management mode,cannot adapt to the development of the enterprise,the enterprise strategic target and business management,the separation can’t play the role of complement each other,not only failed to promote enterprise development,has greatly hindered the development of enterprises.FH is introduced in this article is a mechanical manufacturing enterprise is faced with the problem of the above,the company is a production slewing bearing and bearing as the core product of national high-tech enterprises,in the process of continuous reform and innovation,for better condensation and growing enterprises,import the amoeba business model,after import the lack of match with the performance management system,and can’t keep up with the new management mode,lead to no effective support,amoeba management pattern lost the characteristics of the income maximization,cost minimization.Based on the above problems,this paper takes the Marketing Department of FH as an example to reconstruct the performance management system for the Marketing Department of FH.This paper is divided into six parts to study the performance management of FH Marketing Department under amoeba business model.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and significance,the current research status of performance management under amoeba business model at home and abroad,as well as the research methods,ideas and main contents.The second part mainly analyzes the amoeba business theory,performance management theory and performance management based on amoeba business model of FH.The third part describes the basic situation of FH company and the introduction and operation of amoeba.The fourth part is the performance appraisal status of the Marketing Department before the implementation of the amoeba business model of FH.It describes the general situation of the Marketing Department,analyzes the current performance management system of the Marketing Department,makes a statistical analysis of the performance appraisal results of the department and individuals in the past three years,and finally analyzes the problems existing in the performance management of the Marketing Department.The fifth part is the reconstruction of the performance management system of the Marketing Department under the business model of FH amoeba.Firstly,the department performance target under the unit time accounting system is determined,.Secondly,the evaluation index system at the department and staff level is constructed.Thirdly,the evaluation cycle are determined.Finally,feedback and application of performance appraisal results.The sixth part is the implementation guarantee of the performance management system under the amoeba model of Marketing Department.
