| With the gradual expansion and strengthening of enterprises,the original management and development methods that revolve around the founders and the relationship network are no longer sustainable.The flat and sophisticated modern management and control model has become a trend of enterprise management reform,but there is still The problem needs to be solved urgently: how to reasonably determine the degree and scope of decentralization;how to divide and coordinate the work of each team;how to promote the implementation of the overall strategy,and so on.The market-oriented operation under quantitative empowerment under the Amoeba model provides solutions to the above problems,and its localized application in Chinese companies has become a problem worthy of study.This article takes A company in the wind power control system industry as an example,and analyzes the problems of blocked information flow and insufficient personnel incentives in the process of management and organizational evolution of A company.In this regard,this article is based on field investigations and interviews,combined with literature research methods and case studies,based on the amoeba model,from the determination of amoeba’s business philosophy and objectives,organizational structure design,internal transaction system,and budget Based on the five aspects of the performance management system,a set of localized application solutions were designed for Company A.On the basis of clarifying the company’s business process and organizational structure,it designed its internal transaction process and transaction pricing mechanism,and strengthened its material Incentive System.Finally,this article analyzes the logic of applying the Amoeba model to solve the aforementioned problems,and proposes safeguards for the application of the program from three aspects: corporate culture,information systems,and talent selection and cultivation. |
