| Customized bus is a new mode of transportation,which is the improvement and supplement of the current public transportation system.Customized bus is based on the needs of passengers.With the help of efficient network environment,the travel needs of passengers with the same or similar characteristics are collected and optimized to provide comfortable,convenient and efficient travel solutions,so as to meet the travel needs of passengers.Therefore,in order to give full play to the unique advantages of customized bus,it is particularly important to develop a scientific and reasonable customized bus route optimization scheme.In this paper,the multi-objective optimization problem of customized bus routes is divided into four subproblems: the multi-objective optimization problem of customized bus routes based on static ride request in deterministic environment,the multi-objective optimization problem of real-time customized bus routes based on dynamic ride request in deterministic environment,the multi-objective robust optimization problem of customized bus routes based on static ride request in uncertain environment,and the multi-objective robust optimization problem of real-time customized bus routes based on dynamic ride request in uncertain environment.In order to solve the multi-objective optimization of customized bus routes based on static ride requests in the deterministic environment,firstly,based on the research background,the multi-objective optimization model of customized bus routes is constructed.Secondly,NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is designed.Finally,the program is used to solve the calculation example and analyze.In order to solve the real-time customized bus route optimization problem based on dynamic ride request in the deterministic environment,firstly,based on the research background,the two-stage customized bus route multi-objective optimization model is constructed.The first stage model is based on static ride request,the second stage model is based on dynamic ride request,and then NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is designed.Finally,two-stage calculation examples are solved and analyzed by programming.In order to solve the multi-objective robust optimization problem of customized bus routes based on static ride request in uncertain environment.Firstly,based on the research background,the multi-objective robust optimization model of customized bus routes is constructed,and then the model is transformed into robust equivalence and time window is processed.Secondly,NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is designed.Finally,the calculation example is solved and analyzed by programming.In order to solve the multi-objective robust optimization problem of real-time customized bus routes based on dynamic ride request in uncertain environment.Firstly,based on the research background,the two-stage multi-objective robust optimization model of customized bus routes is constructed.The first stage is based on static ride request,the second stage is based on dynamic ride request,and then the model is transformed into robust equivalence and time window is processed.Secondly,NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is designed.Finally,two-stage examples are solved and analyzed by programming.The results show that for each subproblem,different customized bus route optimization schemes can be obtained by solving the example,which shows that the multi-objective optimization method of customized bus route constructed in this paper is feasible,and the research results can provide basic theoretical support for the reasonable formulation of customized bus route optimization scheme.At the same time,this paper decomposes the multi-objective optimization problem of customized bus routes into four subproblems.The environment of each subproblem and the passenger demand considered are different.Different subproblems reflect different situations that need to be considered in different periods and different development stages of different cities.Decision makers can choose according to the actual situation of their respective cities,so as to better develop a more realistic customized bus route optimization scheme,which has a certain value for better improving the customized bus service. |
