Control And Optimization Of Logistics Cost Of DQ Company Under Supply Chain Environment

With the application of new technology and the impact of my country’s economic development,the increasing trend of logistics investment costs has attracted widespread attention from all walks of life.In the competition between industries and enterprises,reasonable reduction of logistics costs,standardized logistics,and systematic management have become an important part of evaluating the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises;at the same time,accelerating the application of new technologies in enterprises,making up for the application of new technologies and corporate management The gap in level also brings about changes in corporate management thinking,methods,and ways.Therefore,many scholars have carried out a series of research around logistics theory and practice: in the supply chain environment,studying the logistics costs of enterprises,optimizing logistics processes,and effectively controlling logistics costs have become the forefront of today’s research.my country’s small and medium-sized enterprises play a vital role in GDP growth.Data research shows that their logistics costs account for a large proportion of the country’s input logistics costs.This article focuses on the study of logistics costs of small and medium-sized enterprises,and its purpose is to standardize the logistics management of enterprises by establishing standardized logistics processes;thereby controlling logistics costs,stimulating the potential of enterprises and improving their competitiveness.The SCOR model of the supply chain was introduced in the research to realize the standard connection between the enterprise’s internal logistics standardization and the enterprise standard in the external supply chain environment;at the same time,the time-based activity costing method(TDABC)was used as the method to calculate the logistics cost,so as Tracking the indirect costs in the operations of each link to determine the bottleneck jobs,and propose optimization suggestions for the enterprise logistics.Research shows that the logistics cost control system(SCOR-TDABC system)established on the basis of the SCOR model clarifies the scope of operations of each link of the logistics and the rights and responsibilities of the operation center in the supply chain environment.Played an effective role in connecting the internal supply chain and the external supply chain;in terms of cost control,taking into account the relationship between consumption capacity and cost,the logistics cost is calculated more accurately,and the idle capacity of the company’s logistics is investigated.Based on the research ideas of "standardization,optimizing processes,building systems,reducing costs,and ensuring implementation",the research carried out research on logistics for small and medium-sized enterprises,and tried to provide small and medium-sized enterprises with practical methods for standardizing supply chain processes and logistics cost control.
