As the first year of the "14th Five-Year Plan",2021 is also an important year for power supply-side reforms and power-sales side reforms.Looking back at the development of power companies throughout the "13th Five-Year Plan" period,a modern power industry system that is economical,environmentally friendly,efficient and reliable is being formed,but the price of power and coal has been operating at a relatively high level in recent years,and there is no downward trend for the time being.Coal-electricity linkage has not been implemented until it is cancelled recently.All of these have a greater impact on the cost of power generation companies.In such a general environment,how to optimize their own cost control in adversity has become a top priority for power companies.Based on the field investigation of A self-supplied thermal power plant and relevant information,combined with the theoretical knowledge mastered,this paper analyzes the current cost control status of A self-supplied thermal power plant.In the process of analysis,it is found that the existing cost control system of A self-supplied thermal power plant Compared with the traditional single and limited,it is impossible to carry out precise cost control on each link of production and operation area.This paper optimizes the cost control of A self-prepared thermal power plant based on the value chain perspective.In the process of analyzing the internal value chain of the enterprise,the combustion system,soda and water system,electrical system,heating system,etc.are classified into related operations according to the operation process.On this basis,the activity cost method and the activity cost value coefficient are combined to identify the high-efficiency and low-efficiency operation areas in the production process of the enterprise,and use this as the basis to find the cost control points of the internal value chain of the enterprise,and propose related Optimization opinions.When analyzing the external value chain of the company,it mainly discusses the optimization of power grid purchase price,the optimization of power sales cost,and the reasonable avoidance of grid expenses.Through the analysis of the cost control of the value chain of A self-supplied thermal power plant,it is found that compared with a single cost control mode,the value chain cost control system is more suitable for the development needs of A self-supplied thermal power plant under the current new power reform environment,especially in the internal value chain After reasonable planning of on-grid electricity sales structure,utilization of peak and valley tariff policies,development of contract energy management,as well as participation in direct electricity purchase transactions in the external value chain,adjustment of basic electricity fee collection methods,and optimization of system reserve capacity fees,solutions were proposed.It can effectively reduce various production costs,improve the production efficiency of the enterprise,and have a positive effect on the cost reduction and efficiency increase of the enterprise.At the same time,it can also provide a reference for improvement and optimization of the cost control of the self-provided power plants of the same type of enterprises.
