With the continuous growth of China’s comprehensive national strength, people’s material living standards have improved significantly, resulting in the gradual deepening of the contradiction between urban transportation demand and supply.Taxi is an important part of urban public transport network in China, and it accounts for a large proportion. The traditional taxi operation mode is that a group of passengers carry one car.The low service efficiency leads to the problem of "difficult to take a taxi",high per capita energy consumption, and idle resources lead to high "empty driving rate",which seriously restricts the urban traffic development.Taxi sharing is one of the effective ways to improve travel efficiency and alleviate traffic congestion. This travel mode can reduce the travel cost of passengers, increase the income of taxi drivers, alleviate traffic congestion, inhibit the growth of private cars, alleviate the "difficulty of taking a taxi" in peak hours, reduce energy consumption and alleviate pollution. In China, there are no clear regulations on the system, technology and charging standard of taxi sharing mode, which leads to frequent chaos of taxi sharing. In addition, the publicity and promotion of taxi sharing mode is not enough in many cities in China, and the acceptance of this new mode varies greatly among residents of different ages. Therefore, whether from the perspective of urban residents, taxi operating companies or drivers,or to promote the utilization of road resources and the healthy development of urban traffic,it is necessary to vigorously promote the effective taxi sharing mode. This thesis puts forward the optimization model of taxi cost sharing and the model of route selection and cost sharing to solve the problem of unreasonable charge of passengers and unreasonable income of taxi drivers. In the allocation optimization model, the optimal discount rate based on the mixed number of passengers is proposed, and several common compensation mechanisms are added to protect the interests of drivers and passengers from other factors;in the taxi sharing path selection and cost allocation model, the minimum cost of sharing, the shortest total time of sharing and the minimum fuel cost are taken as the objectives, and the constraints include driver’s income and passenger’s cost Then the NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is used to design and solve the model. Finally,an example is given to analyze the local road network of a city. For the research on the path selection and cost sharing of carpooling, this paper adopts the idea of two-stage solution: first, select the path, get the carpooling path, then calculate the carpooling cost of each passenger by adding common compensation and discount rate, and finally compare the time cost and expense cost of each taxi driver and each passenger in the case of single and carpooling The conclusion is: in the same road conditions, the total distance of taxi combined operation is less than the total distance of each combined passenger under the single ride, which saves the fuel cost while completing the same operation;while improving the income of taxi drivers,it reduces the travel cost of each combined passenger and reduces the energy consumption Consumption, reduce environmental pollution, ease traffic congestion.
