Analysis Of Public Evaluation Of Lanzhou Public Transport Based On Weibo Text

Public participation has become an important part of transportation planning and related policy formulation,but due to project cycle and cost constraints,large-scale collection and analysis of public opinions using traditional methods will face huge challenges.At present,in traffic planning and design,it is necessary to vigorously increase public participation,and more importantly,speed up data collection and processing to make up for the shortcomings of traditional planning.In recent years,with the development of Internet technology,the number of Weibo users has continued to increase.Sina Weibo has become an important platform for the public to release information,and the rich information contained in Weibo comments remains to be discovered.This article takes Lanzhou Public Transport as the object,based on public Weibo comments,and has carried out the following main research work.First,a crawler program was written using Python,and the text data of Weibo comments were obtained and preprocessed,including character cleaning,Chinese word segmentation,and semantic sentiment analysis.Secondly,the SVM classification model is constructed to classify the text data.This paper divides the text into four types: traffic evaluation,information reporting,traffic demand,and irrelevant data;the LDA topic analysis model is constructed,and the Lanzhou bus There are 6 themes such as travel,road conditions,route adjustment,school travel,epidemic safety,and traffic safety;on this basis,an in-depth analysis of the public’s focus on Lanzhou public transportation and the content of hot topics.Finally,using the above model to mine the hidden information of the text data,the time and space distribution characteristics of the public’s attention to Lanzhou’s public transportation hotspots are analyzed and studied.Through the analysis of the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of the six themes,the time trends of the public’s attention to Lanzhou public transportation hotspots are obtained,and corresponding improvement opinions and suggestions are put forward for different themes.The results show that:(1)Affected by the epidemic,topics such as masks,fever,and isolation in topics 1 and 5 have become new hot issues of public concern;wearing masks is also the basic condition that the public must meet when taking public transportation.(2)The topics of theme 2,theme 3,theme 4 and theme 6 such as traffic congestion,route adjustment,travel mode and traffic safety,etc.,have always been paid attention to by the public.Among them,traffic congestion is a hot topic of public concern for a long time.From the perspective of spatial distribution,the public in Lanzhou pays more attention to the bus congestion in large commercial districts,schools,and transportation hubs;from the perspective of time distribution,the main concern of the public on weekdays lies in the lines and intersections of the bustling sections of the city’s main urban area.The traffic conditions of public transportation stations have become a hot topic of public concern in places of leisure and entertainment and scenic spots,such as Zhongshan Bridge Station and Baita Mountain Park,etc.,rather than during working days.
