In recent years,intelligent transportation,as an important part of the construction of intelligent cities,is an important means for the government to effectively enhance the ability of urban governance.It has been paid more and more attention by all walks of life.The primary task for the smooth development of Intelligent transportation construction is that Intelligent transportation is scientifically planned.The scientific formulation of Intelligent transportation planning is inseparable from the overall management and guidance of managers.In order to ensure that Intelligent transportation planning can guide the development of Intelligent transportation scientifically,it is necessary to encourage and advocate the formulation and promotion of Intelligent transportation planning by the public.Carry out understanding and participation.The ultimate goal of intelligent transportation is to serve the public,and public participation is an important way of political democratization in China.Public participation in intelligent transportation planning is not only conducive to the promotion of political democratization in China,but also can enhance public satisfaction with intelligent transportation planning and enhance the social foundation of intelligent transportation construction.Therefore,based on public participation in intelligent transportation planning,this paper discusses and analyzes its theory and related issues,combines public participation with intelligent transportation planning,and promotes the coordinated development of intelligent transportation.Firstly,the paper through sorting out the research status at home and abroad,the paper clearly defines the research contents and research methods of the paper.Then,it combs the related theories and concepts of intelligent transportation and public participation,including intelligent transportation,intelligent transportation planning,public participation,intelligent transportation planning public participation,public satisfaction,and focuses on the relationship between public participation and public satisfaction,and elaborates the public participation and public satisfaction in intelligent transportation planning.The influencing factors lay a theoretical foundation for further research.Secondly,according to the theory of planning behavior and self-efficacy,chose 7 potential variables are selected to construct a conceptual model of the impact of public participation on public satisfaction,and the research is hypothesized and the connotation of each variable is explained.Thirdly,an empirical study was conducted in Heshan District of Yiyang City,and the data obtained from the questionnaire were used to fit the model.Finally,according to the model validation,we get the validation results of the hypotheses and put forward corresponding strategies.
