| The railway mileage of high-speed railway has increased year by year,providing a guarantee for enhancing the competitiveness of the transportation market.When passengers choose to take high-speed rail trains,different passengers have different requirements for seat.Meanwhile,the adjustment of high-speed rail fares will also affect the choice of passengers to travel.A reasonable high-speed railway train operation plan is not only conducive to improving the passengers’ satisfaction with the transport services,but also helping the railway transport department to efficiently complete the passenger transport task.Train fares affect the change in passenger flow demand.The proportion of first-class and second-class carriages also affects the change in passenger demand.The most important principle of the high-speed railway train opening plan is "driving by flow".At present,the train opening plan meets the travel needs of most passengers.However,due to the diversified travel needs of passengers,some needs of passengers can be met,others’ cannot be met.Moreover,due to the differences in economic development levels in different regions,there will also be differences in the demand for ticket prices and seats.Aiming at the influence of seats and ticket prices on travel choice of passengers,this paper studies the optimization of high-speed train operation plan.With the goal of maximizing the revenue of the railway transportation department,fully considering the train transport income,the proportion of first-class and second-class carriages and ticket price,so the mathematical optimization model will be established The paper will work mainly as follows:(1)In this paper,the train operation plan,seat attributes and ticket price adjustment and other related literature are summarized,and the high-speed railway train operation plan and the theory of dynamic pricing are expounded.According to the influencing factors and basic principles of the train opening plan,the relationship between the ticket price and the passenger flow demand is described by the Logit price reaction function.(2)Under the condition of fixed price,optimize the proportion of first-class and secondclass carriages in the high-speed railway train operation plan.Under the condition of flexible marshalling,an optimization model with the maximization of the railway transportation revenue and the number of train marshalling vehicles is established,so as to meet the travel needs of passengers for different seats.(3)Cooperatively optimize the ticket pricing of high-speed railway trains and the train opening plan.Based on the fixed price model,the Logit price reaction function of different sections of high-speed fares is constructed,then an optimization model is established,with the goal of maximizing railway transportation revenue and the constraints of ticket price floating limit,seat utilization rate and the number of cars in train formation.(4)According to the characteristics of the establishment model,the corresponding genetic algorithm is designed and explains the key steps and processes.Finally,take the LanzhouZhangye High-speed Railway as an example to verify the designed algorithm and the established model.The results show that the optimization scheme can not only improve the railway transportation revenue,but also better meet the diversified travel needs of passengers. |
