With the construction of high-speed railway included in the national important development strategic plans,many cities have built high-speed railway on a large scale,and some large or medium-sized cities have put it into operation.The traditional organization mode of train operation which was combined with the long-term planning of the existing railway network aimed to establish a passenger train organization method suitable for the development of high-speed railway in China and facilitate the rational use of resources so as to meet the travel needs of the majority of passengers.Therefore,the establishment and optimization of high-speed railway train operation plan under the condition of network become an urgent problem to be solved.The solution of this problem will improve the service quality on the basis of meeting the travel needs of the general public.Based on the analysis and reference of the existing research on the passenger train operation scheme under the condition of network formation in China and abroad,this paper analyzes the transportation organization mode of China's high-speed railway;according to the various high-speed railway transportation data published by the network platform,the determination of passenger flow analysis are carried out,and the nature,distribution,the paper carried out the determination and analysis of passenger flow and compared the nature,distribution,characteristics and consumption level of passenger flow so as to distribute the passenger flow according to the different passenger flow demands and levels of different lines.Based on the starting and ending points,running paths,rank of trains,number of running pairs and stopping stations,a multi-objective planning model of train operation scheme was proposed.The model considered the constraints of capacity,network flow balance,capacity service quality and the cost of lost passenger flow.The paper took Guangzhou,Shanghai and Beijing as the starting and ending points which appeared like a network,considering the characteristics of the model and algorithm,the classic genetic algorithm is used to solve the model,and the experimental verification algorithm begins to converge after iteration to a certain number of times.The paper used the used the genetic algorithm to solve the proposed model with the prediction result of passenger flow.Result of the solution approves the reliability of the model proposed by this paper.As a relatively complete theoretical system,the optimization model and algorithm designed in this paper analyzes the macro factors of China's passenger transport market,passenger flow distribution,etc.in the preparation of high-speed railway passenger train operation plan under the condition of network formation,and comprehensively affects various factors of railway operation efficiency,so as to achieve the purpose of passenger travel and reduce the travel cost as much as possible The operation benefit is the ultimate goal to realizethe design of the operation scheme,which shows that the optimization scheme can make the railway operation benefit better.It has a certain practical reference value for the theory of high-speed railway passenger train operation scheme under the condition of network.
