Research On Value Creation Of Midea Group’s Intellectual Capital

This year is the beginning of the 14th five year plan,and the high-quality development of manufacturing industry is still the key to promoting the social progress.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the CPC proposed that we should focus on the real economy and unswervingly build a manufacturing power,a quality power,a network power and a digital China,and continue to promote the transformation of manufacturing industry to intelligent,networked and digital.In the era of knowledge economy,intellectual capital has become the key to the core competitiveness of enterprises,and is an important factor for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in China.At present,intellectual capital plays an irreplaceable role in the process of enterprise value creation,but some enterprises still have unclear concept of intellectual capital,which can not be well exploited.So under the background of the transformation to intelligence,how to use intellectual capital to create wealth value for enterprises becomes a hot topic of social concern.Through the research of the development and management of the intellectual capital by Meiji group,the analysis of the mechanism of the various factors of intellectual capital is conducive to the full play of the role of intellectual capital,and provides reference for other manufacturing enterprises to carry out transformation and upgrading.This paper selects the leading group of home appliance manufacturing industry as a case study on the value creation of intellectual capital.After expounding the background,purpose,significance and theoretical analysis,the paper analyzes the annual report and social responsibility report of the enterprise.Based on the theory of human capital,enterprise resources,core competence and value creation,the paper summarizes the literature at home and abroad,defines the concept and classification of intellectual capital,and analyzes the mechanism of value creation of intellectual capital.The paper analyzes the value creation effect of human capital,structural capital and relational capital in intellectual capital by using the relevant indicators in balanced scorecard.The value creation of enterprises is divided into two aspects:financial value and market value.The paper analyzes the problems of intellectual capital qualitatively and puts forward corresponding suggestions to get enlightenment.In this way,it concludes that the development and management of intellectual capital has a positive effect on the value creation of enterprises.Strengthening the management of intellectual capital can promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.
