As the running line of the train,the high smoothness of the track is the basis of the smooth operation of the train and the safe operation of the railway.With the continuous improvement of China’s railway traffic volume and speed,the force between the train wheel and the track is also significantly increased,followed by the aggravation of various track diseases,so the improvement of railway line maintenance technology is particularly important.Based on the continuous coordinate data collected by GNSS + profiler + ins fast track measurement system,this paper studies the overall reconstruction method of the plane alignment of a mixed passenger and freight railway.The main contents of this paper are as follows(1)Based on the theory of vehicle rail coupling multi-body dynamics,the vehicle line dynamics simulation model of passenger car and freight car is established.The dynamic simulation analysis of the line is carried out by using the measured line coordinates of the test section to find out the overrun point of dynamic performance index,analyze the possible causes of rail irregularity,and put forward the idea of overall reconstruction of plane linear straight curve section;(2)This paper studies the method of geometric reconstruction of passenger and freight lines.By preprocessing the initial line coordinates,the feature points of line coordinates are automatically identified based on the orthogonal least squares fitting of the measured coordinate points in the mileage curvature diagram,and the initial feasible solution based on the orthogonal least squares fitting is obtained.On this basis,the improved simulated annealing genetic algorithm is introduced to optimize the intersection position and route of the line;(3)The dynamic performance of the reconstructed line is compared with that of the original feasible solution line,and the trend of the dynamic performance index of the reconstructed line under different speeds is analyzed to find the optimal driving conditions of the line.In this paper,based on the measured coordinates of the test section,the track irregularity of the existing line is analyzed through the dynamic theory.On this basis,the overall geometric optimization of the line plane parameters is carried out,and the dynamic performance improvement effect of the line after the overall geometric reconstruction is analyzed.The overall geometric reconstruction of the plane alignment matching with the actual line conditions and the dynamic performance evaluation of the line are realized Price.
