Research On Employee Motivation Of DT Power Generation Company

State-owned enterprises play an important role in China’s economy and people’s livelihood,but they are also subject to the special status of "state-owned enterprises",which have some problems in human resources management that are difficult to change the status quo,especially in the incentive.There is a big gap between the modern enterprise and the more scientific and efficient incentive,which leads to the lack of strong competitiveness and the lack of sense of belonging and comfort.How to set up a suitable incentive mechanism suitable for different enterprises,and improve the staffs love and loyalty to the enterprise through a good incentive,will be to create a stable staff team,efficient value-creating group plays a vital role.So,how to fully mobilize the employee’s enthusiasm for entrepreneurship,so that their value can be fully reflected,is the focus of this paper.Based on the theory of motivation,this paper uses the method of Literature Research and Questionnaire Survey,combined with the previous research results,taking DT Power Generation Company employees as the research object.This paper analyzes and diagnoses the problems of the company in the aspects of the welfare treatment,the promotion of the position and workers,the construction of the corporate culture,etc.We must take full account of the actual benefits of the enterprise and the compensation and treatment of employees,post setting,development space,technical training and corporate culture,and formulate targeted improvement programs and measures,enhance the cohesion of the company’s staff and work enthusiasm,and ultimately achieve the common goal of win-win.This research also has the reference value to the similar enterprise in the promotion personnel management level.
