Design Of Performance Evaluation Index System For Secondary Maintenance Department Of NX Electric Power Maintenance Company

Performance evaluation is one of the important contents of corporate performance management and an effective method for companies to improve employee productivity.Performance evaluation index design is the core issue of performance evaluation management.A fine performance evaluation index system is an indispensable management guideline for modern enterprises.In order to break through the bottleneck of their own development in the development wave of the new era,electric power enterprises need to reform their performance appraisal,and then implement the company’s strategic goals under the guidance of relevant national policies.Based on the development status of the secondary maintenance center in maintenance company of state grid NX electric power company,an in-depth analysis is carried out on the different performance appraisal method,to solve the defects of the current performance evaluation method of the secondary maintenance center.By designing a performance evaluation index system,it provides a strong guarantee for the sound development of the secondary maintenance center.This paper takes the secondary maintenance center in maintenance company of state grid NX electric power company as the research object,and designs its performance index system.First of all,the research background,research significance and theoretical knowledge related to performance management were introduced to determine the main research content of this paper,and laid the foundation for the design of the performance evaluation index system of secondary maintenance center in maintenance company of state grid NX electric power company;Secondly the questionnaire survey method was used to investigate the secondary maintenance center in maintenance company of state grid NX electric power company,the existing problems in performance evaluation were found,and a comprehensive analysis of the existing problems and causes was carried out.Thirdly,in view of the existing problems,based on the current situation of the secondary maintenance center,using the theory of key performance indicators,fishbone diagram method to the design secondary maintenance center performance index system.Finally,based on the actual situation and demand of future implementation,the relevant safeguard measures for the performance evaluation index system of secondary maintenance center in maintenance company of state grid NX electric power company were proposed.
