Study On Performance Prediction Method And Preventive Maintenance Time Of Asphalt Pavements For Highway

With the rapid growth of China's economic strength,the structural form of asphalt pavement has become one of the first choices for highway use.At present,the mileage of highway asphalt pavement in China has been the highest in the world,but with the increase of road life,pavement The phenomenon of functional damage begins to occur.Among them,the Lateral cracks and the rutting damage are more serious.When the road surface is damaged,if it is not repaired in a short time,the entire road structure will be deformed and it will not be able to continue to open.This design mainly analyzes the pavement performance of expressways in Anhui Province.Firstly,the traffic volume and pavement performance parameters are collected.According to the performance characteristics of asphalt pavement,the technical indicators of pavement structure are divided,and the single evaluation index of pavement performance is determined.Then,the index evaluation system is constructed,and the main evaluation indexes of the system are set as: pavement roughness,rutting,repair,damage,crack state.At the beginning of the article,the concept of preventive maintenance of highway asphalt pavement was summarized,and its maintenance characteristics were explored.The problems existing in the maintenance of asphalt pavement in China were analyzed,and the main diseases of pavement were determined.According to the current situation,corresponding improvement measures were proposed.Provide conditions for subsequent research in this area.The performance of asphalt pavement is analyzed,and the combined forecasting model is established based on the analysis results to provide a reference for the change trend of asphalt pavement performance.According to the relationship between the performance of the road surface and the investment in the road maintenance fund,the timing and measures of preventive maintenance of highway asphalt pavement are put forward.At the same time,the preventive maintenance and the best road age maintenance time point are determined through benefit cost analysis and linear regression prediction.According to the needs of road maintenance,combined with the classification of asphalt pavement maintenance indicators,research on maintenance programs.This paper also summarizes the existing research conclusions in this aspect.After the example analysis,the rationality of the theoretical framework is verified,and the theoretical basis for the highway asphalt pavement maintenance management department is provided.
