Research On Behavior Decision Making Of Power Companies And Market Transaction Under Consumption Mechanism

With the development of energy industry,compared with the traditional energy,renewable energy has more and more advantages.Developing renewable energy is an effective means to deal with global warming and reduce the dependence on fossil fuel imports.In order to further promote the consumption of renewable energy,making resource allocation reasonably and operation mechanism completely,China has promulgated the notice on establishing and improving renewable energy power consumption guarantee mechanism.However,the renewable power market in China is still in its infancy,and further development of new energy power market mechanism needs to be improved.Therefore,under the policy background of China’s consumption system,it is urgent to make qualitative and quantitative analysis on the effectiveness and feasibility of implementing the policy,from the perspective of the behavior decision-making and trading mechanism of power market by combining theoretical analysis with empirical analysis.In this paper,the evolutionary game theory and system dynamics are used to deduce the model according to the behavior characteristics of both sides of the game,and the parameter conditions of the stability results and the system is established to study the correctness of the parameter conditions and the influence of the consumption system on the market changes.The mechanism of the three policy parameters on the policy effect is obtained and the future development trend of the consumption market is simulated through the sensitivity analysis of different scenarios.The results have theoretical significance for the renewable energy power market.The results show that:(1)The weight mechanism of responsibility for consumption is conducive to promoting the development of renewable energy and ensuring the stable operation of power market;(2)The strong willingness of power companies to trade and absorb is mainly related to fine,unit price and margin between the unit price of green certificate and consumption.Reasonable setting of these three policy parameters is conducive to improving the policy effect,and provide effective suggestions for coordinating the power market reform and further improving the Consumption of renewable energy.
