The number of tourists in the domestic tourism market has maintained high growth in the past decade,reaching 5.5 billion in 2018.The tourism industry is playing an increasingly important role in the national economy.In the 13th Five-Year Plan,the national tourism development is listed into the national key special plan for the first time,and the "tourism+" strategy is implemented to promote the integration of tourism with urbanization,new industrialization,agricultural modernization and modern service industry.Accelerate the transformation from scenic spot tourism development mode to citywide tourism development mode;Promote the increase of effective supply and development of middle and high-end products;The Yangtze River International golden Tourism belt will be listed as one of the 10 national high-quality tourism belts to promote the coordinated development of tourism in the Yangtze River basin.This paper takes the Yangtze River inland river tourism business of X Shipping Company as the research object.First of all,this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of the inland river cruise tourism business of X Shipping Company,and puts forward the existing problems in the development of inland river cruise tourism business of X Shipping Company.Then,inland river cruises to X shipping company business development strategy environment are analyzed,using PEST analysis and five model analysis respectively to X shipping company external environment are analyzed,through the X shipping company’s organizational structure,financial situation and combining the VRIO analysis X shipping company internal resources and capacity are analyzed.Then,SWOT analysis is used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of X shipping Company respectively in detail,laying a foundation for strategic choice.According to the corresponding analysis results and strategic choice,generally speaking,the opportunities of external environment are greater than threats,and enterprises can make full use of the advantages of the overall environment to accelerate the pace of development.In addition,from the developing trend of the Yangtze river cruise tourism operations,marketing ability,human resources and network resources will be the fundamental competitiveness,enterprises can use external opportunity temporarily overcome these disadvantages,more important to win the chance of sustainable development,the enterprise further development under the condition of turning disadvantage into advantage,form a virtuous circle.Therefore,in conclusion,X Shipping Company chooses a hybrid strategy.Thirdly,on the basis of the above analysis,the problems existing in the implementation of X Shipping Company’s development strategy for the cruise tourism business in the Yangtze River are put forward.Finally,through the analysis of human resources,brand promotion and information support,it provides guarantee measures for the long-term development of X shipping Company’s cruise tourism business in the Yangtze River inland river.
