Since the collapse of international oil prices in 2014,the capital expenditure of offshore oil and gas companies is shrinking,and offshore oil and gas exploration and development activities are weakening.Severe oversupply leads to a sustained decline in demand for all kinds of Marine equipment market,the use of Offshore Service Vessels have fallen sharply,and the rents are already near or even below operating costs.The ship operation market has been completely transformed into the lessee market,and the shipowner's operation is bleak.However,China's offshore oil industry is in a period of rapid development.The strong support of the state policy in supporting the Marine economy has brought the opportunity for the development of many Marine industry participants.Based on the analysis of internal and external environment of Z company,this paper concludes with a comprehensive evaluation based on the current situation and development plan of the company:Z company should be focused on expanding in the middle and deep offshore market,combine the overall cost leadership and focus strategy,and constantly improve themselves in the process of providing service for the customer and get development,constantly improve enterprise shipping service capacity and service quality,so in order to get through the industry's winter and looking forward to the long-term development.
