Interactive combat shooting training is a kind of combat-level confrontational shooting training carried out in a real combat environment.The trainees simulated military battles by manipulating training guns to hit their opponents out of the game.However,the difficulty of ammunition training methods is the lack of accurate and fair judgment methods,and the judgment of "casualties" only depends on the honesty of the trainers.Therefore,a corresponding auxiliary evaluation system is needed to objectively test the combat capabilities of the opposing parties.Aiming at the problem of difficulty in judging the score and winning or losing of interactive combat shooting training,this dissertation designs a shooting training intelligent scoreboard system based on machine vision and Internet of Things technology.In this system,a specially designed AprilTag is affixed to the trainers,and the gun is equipped with an intelligent camera,which detects the deviation between the target and the virtual impact point when the gun is triggered,so to estimate whether the trainer make an effective shot or not.The communication module uploads the result to the server for collecting and releasing information,and trainers are informed by an application installed on their smart phone.Firstly,design the overall system architecture based on the requirements,and study the software and hardware technical implementation schemes of each component.Secondly,deeply analyze the principles of visual target recognition and pose calculation,and establish a target’s pattern design and pose prediction model under nested layout.Thirdly,relying on the Unity physical camera engine to simulate target capture to create a data set to verify the superiority of the improved algorithm.The results show that the detection range and positioning accuracy of the embedded target have been improved.The detection range is 0.5m to 20m,and the positioning error is reduced from 23.3%to 12.7%.The intelligent scoreboard system can achieve objective statistics of the battle losses of both sides and make a fair ruling on the outcome of the battle.
