Green Space Landscape Reconstruction Of Old Residential Quarters Under The Concept Of Micro-renewal

The old community has reflected the growth of the city.However,with the rapid development of social economy,the crowded spatial layout of the landscape,the aging infrastructure and the faded community atmosphere in the old community have been increasingly unable to meet the needs of people.This essay discusses old communities of Yong Ding suburb in Zhang Jiajie city,starting from the problems of green landscape development,with the analysis of micro updating concept to landscape vegetation habitats,spatial function and correlative facilities,cultural construction and so on.Further extracting Zhang Jiajie’s update d strategy of green landscape,and apply to the green landscape change including three aspects of spatial micro-renewal,ecological micro-restoration and atmosphere micro-construction.The main results are as follows:Through the on-site investigation and interview in the old community in Yong Ding,the main issues of the green landscape in the old community are summarized as follows:(1)the basic service facilities are inadequate;(2)a lack of layout prediction in the beginning of the development;(3)There was no systematic guidance in plant cultivation;(4)The quality of the living environment is degraded due to the large timeline of community construction;(5)An excess of the old communities and limited reconstruction funds.Based on the investigation of the status quo of green landscape in the areas in Yong Ding,the concept of "micro-renewal" as a main method was combined with the green landscape reconstruction,pointing out that reduce the reconstruction cost of the old community by micro-intervention;Use the idle resources of the old community to improve the utilization rate of the existing resources;Excavate the renewable landscape elements as a unique symbol in the green landscape of the old community;A green landscape w ith a sense of belonging is created through micro-renewal method to residents.According to the main problems existing in the old community in Yong Ding,the representative civil aviation community,the dormitory of the municipal Party committee and the community of the police station were selected.Then the micro-renewal scheme of the old community green landscape was formulated respectively due to the real condition,which mainly reflected in:the characteristics of the old community style on the whole;Overall layout adjustment,landscape node building,characteristic sketch design,to create a series of characteristic green landscape,so as to create a series of characteristic green landscape in terms of the real condition of communities;Provide a demonstration for the reconstruction of other similar old residential areas;Draw green landscape sketch design drawings,such as publicity board,landscape lamp,trash can,landscape pavilion,etc.,to further highlight the integrity of the old community green landscape.Based on the concept of micro-renewal to the green space landscape transformation of the old residential area in Yong Ding,the improvement of the overall environment of green landscape as well as a combination of the existing features of the old community,national or community symbols will be integrated into the green landscape reconstruction to create the sense of belonging of the old community.Further to provide a comfortable environment,abundant local characteristics of the old residential area in Zhang Jiajie city.
