| General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that the people’s city is built by the people,and the people’s city is for the people.In urban construction,we must implement the people-centered development thought.As the basic unit of the city,the community is the "last mile" for the party and the government to connect and serve the masses.The public space inside it is the place where residents’ daily activities are most frequent.However,with the continuous acceleration of the urbanization process,the area of urban construction land is becoming increasingly tense.How to rationally utilize every inch of land in limited land resources has become an urgent problem to be solved before us.As an important part of the city,the planning and construction of the residential area is directly related to the quality of life of the people and the overall image of the city.However,due to factors left over from history and the level of economic development,many old residential communities in my country have many problems,such as aging infrastructure,dirty environment,and many safety hazards.These problems seriously restrict the daily production and living activities of residents,and even lead to a series of social conflicts.Therefore,it is imperative to renovate the old residential areas.This article takes the 401 Material Compound in Taihe Sub-district,Guandu District,Kunming City as an example,from the perspective of community governance,through field research,questionnaire survey and comprehensive analysis methods,to deeply discuss the main existing problems and causes of the community.And put forward the corresponding optimization strategy,and finally empirical research to verify the operability of the strategy,aiming to explore a road to the transformation of old communities suitable for my country’s national conditions.Hope it can provide some reference for similar projects in the future. |
