| Due to the need of lubrication,power and cooling,there are a lot of hydraulic pipeline systems in an armored vehicle.As the device for conveying hydraulic oil in armored vehicles,the hydraulic pipeline system has a direct bearing on the safety of the whole armored vehicle.The vibration from road surface and the shock vibration from hydraulic oil are the main sources of excitation force in the pipeline system.When the frequency of excitation force is close to the natural frequency of the pipeline system,resonance phenomenon will occur and the pipeline system will be damaged.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the dynamic characteristic and reliability of the hydraulic pipeline system with the fluid-structure interaction.In this paper,the dynamic characteristics and reliability of the hydraulic pipeline system are studied.The main contents are as follows:(1)Summarize the fluid theory and solid theory of the fluid-structure interaction.Establish the dynamic model and boundary conditions of the hydraulic pipeline system,and derive the fluid-structure interaction equation and the finite element equation.Summarize the numerical analysis methods of the fluid-structure interaction in detail.(2)Analyze the fluid motion through water hammer theory,and explore the influence of wave velocity on fluid pressure.Establish the motion equation of fluid particle through Euler method and describe the entire fluid motion,establish Bernoulli equation of fluid is according to the law of conservation of energy.Use the ANSYS Workbench to conduct finite element simulation analysis of the fluid and explore the velocity and pressure of hydraulic oil in pipelines.(3)The influence of hydraulic oil on the natural frequency and modal mode of the pipe is investigated by analyzing the air pipe and liquid-filled pipe.By comparing the deformation and stress distribution of the hydraulic pipeline system under the four supporting conditions,the number of supporting structures was optimized.Ues the multi-objective optimization function in ANSYS Workbench software to find the most reasonable laying location of the supporting structure.Analyze the harmonic response of the hydraulic pipeline system,expolre the influence of road surface vibration on the stress distribution of the pipeline system.(4)Explore the reliability of hydraulic pipeline system under the influence of stochastic factors,such as pipeline density,stiffness of support structure and velocity of hydraulic oil.Use the stress strength interference theory to calculate the anti-resonance reliability of hydraulic piping system.Based on the strength of pipeline material and the rated pressure of hydraulic system,the reliability of liquid shock of hydraulic system is calculated.Study the sensitivity of the pipeline material and fluid parameters of the hydraulic pipeline system,and draw the relation curve between the above parameters and the first natural frequency of hydraulic pipeline system.The above work has carried on the preliminary analysis to the armored vehicle hydraulic pipeline system,has given the concrete simulation result from the vibration characteristic and the reliability aspect,and has made the detailed analysis to the result,the analysis result has provided the reference for the design,the manufacture,the installment and the use process of the hydraulic pipeline system. |
