| Thin-walled truncated conical shell is widely used in aerospace and other fields because of their light weight,large bending and torsional stiffness and simple structure.However,due to the bad working conditions,such as boundary conditions and external complex conditions,thin-walled truncated conical shell is easy to produce resonance and instability,which greatly affect the reliability and fatigue life of the shell components.Therefore,thin-walled truncated conical shell’s vibration becomes a key issue to be solved.In recent years,scholars have found that a kind of hard coating has a good damping effect,which has been widely concerned in aerospace and other fields,and provides a new research direction for vibration control of thin-walled truncated conical shell.Meanwhile,during the process of practical engineering,in terms of the thin-walled truncated conical shell components,the direct testing of protopyte components will be subject to a series of limitations such as high cost and meching accuracy and so on.Under such context,it is necessary to conduct corresponding model tests.Therefore,it is of great practical value to predict the inherent characteristics of prototype through the dynamic similarity model of thin-walled truncated conical shell components.In view of the thin-walled truncated conical shell components,the paper conducts systematic exploration of the high-order inherent characteristics and similarity dynamics of the thin-walled truncated conical shell under three boundary conditions,including clamped-clamped,simply supported-simply supported and clamped-free boundary conditions,with adopting the research methods represented by transfer matrix method and finite element stimulation method,thereby obtaining the inherent characteristics and similarity relations of the thin-walled truncated concial shell.Furthermore,the paper launches the analysis related to the inherent characteristics and similar dynamics of the thin-walled truncated concial shell component with hard coating damping.Basically,this study mainly completes the following contents:(1)Based on the Love shell theory,the dynamic differential equation related to thin-walled truncated concial shell component is established.Under the boundary condition of simply supported-simply supported,this paper studies its inherent characteristics by using transfer matrix method and finite element stimulation method programmed by Mathematica.At the same time,this paper also compares and verifies the results of the two through literature review.At last,under three boundary conditions,this paper analyzes the high-order inherent characteristics of the thin-walled truncated concial shell by using the transfer matrix method and the finite element stimulation method.(2)Based on Viogt-Reuss principle of composite structure and transfer matrix method,this paper not only studies the inherent characteristics of the thin-walled truncated concial shell with hard coating damping,but also compares the results based on the finite element stimulation method with the datas in the literature.At last,under three boundary conditions,this paper analyzed the inherent characteristics of the thin-walled truncated concial shell coated with Ni Co Cr Al Y+YSZ,Mg+Al2O3 and Ni Cr Al Y hard coatings,with concluding the influences of different hard coatings on the inherent characteristics of the thin-walled truncated concial shell.(3)In terms of the similarity of the inherent characteristics of the thin-walled truncated concial shell,based on the vibration differential equation of the thin-walled truncated concial shell,this paper uses the equation analysis method of similarity theory to obtain the complete similarity relation of the natural frequencies of the thin-walled truncated concial shell.Meanwhile,given to the limitation of the size parameters of the prototype structure,it cannot be scaled up or down equally.Consequently,based on the sensitivity analysis of structural parameters to natural frequencies,the distortion similarity relation of the thin-walled truncated concial shell is established in this paper,and the complete similarity relation and distortion similarity relation are analyzed and verified by using transfer matrix method and finite element stimulation method.(4)Aiming at the natural characteristics similarity problem of thin-walled truncated conical shell with hard coating damping,the parameters of the components are treated equivalently based on the viogt-Reuss equivalent principle.Based on the similarity solution of the thin-walled truncated conical shell,the similarity relationship of the thin-walled truncated conical shell with hard coating damping is deduced.Then,natural characteristics can be obtained of thin-walled truncated conical shell with hard coating damping through transfer matrix method and finite element stimulation method,and the rationality of the similarity relation is verified. |
